the room for friends, other people, travel
agent not booking for you. We not allow you
stay in our place.**
- Please turn off the air-conditioner, all
electrical appliances, and lights before
leaving.
- Please Take your shoes off when you come in.
- Please do not color your hair in the
Condo. If towels, hair towels, bedsheet
damage you will be fined.
- Please Take out the trash to the garbage
room on the same floor closed to the room.
- No durian inside fine 1000 THB
- Not allowed to modify the layout of the room
and furniture.
- Please Turn on range hood while cooking. (Do
not Cook hard recommended to use Microwave )
(Fire alarm is very sensitive so in the presence
of building manager or firefighters, you will be
liable for the cost of it)
- In the case of any home appliance is broken
or lost, you will be charged by the same price.
- If you lost the key or Remote Fine 2,000 Baht.
- Check out time is 11 AM. Otherwise, we must
charge you one more night or move your
belonging out from (If we have a new guest booked.
**Monthly rate not including electric bill rate 7 bat/unit ,Water free of charge.
