If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy. No Pets. No Smoking. No Events or Parties. Allow Children. Allow undefined. - We request passport copy on the check in - We request a refundable security deposit of 10,000 Thb in cash is required at check-in and returned at check-out if no damages occur. -Exclude electricity 7 Thb per Kw./unit or can be deducted from the damage deposit. -The amount of people use the villa much be the same amount of the booking confirmation. - No Parties or Loud Music - Guests using the pool are responsible for their own safety, as there is no lifeguard on duty, The villa is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings and Children must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult. - No Fires or Open Flames, Fires on the deck, candles, and incense of any kind are not allowed. - Quiet time is from 10 Pm to 9 Am. Please respect the peace and privacy of other guests and neighbors. - Smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the villa. Cannabis and all recreational drugs are forbidden anywhere on the property (inside and outside). The villa may not be used for illegal activities, including prostitution. Any serious breach may result in immediate eviction without refund and additional charges if required.
