A security damage deposit of 3,000 Thb will be deposited with the property owner. The deposit covers any damages to the rental property and furnishings caused by Vacationers and their guests.

The security deposit will be refunded in full after departure provided their is no loss or damage to the property.

Electricity: There are 40 units per day includes in the price. Usage above will be changed extra at 8 baht /unit

A reasonable consumption 40 units is enough for the house, but if Air conditionings doesn’t electrical devices left on unnecessary, then will be run out.
As per govt order. No parties are allowed in the villa, the pool and villa is personal use by guest, no parties , no loud music, no loud noise is allowed.

Check in time is possible from 13.00 - 00.00
