***Rule in English below/ กฎการเข้าพัก***
-จองพักได้บ้านทั้งหลัง | ราคาขึ้นอยู่จำนวนแขกที่เข้าพัก | พักได้ 2-5 ท่าน
-เราเป็นบ้านพัก (ไม่ใช่โรงแรม) ไม่มีพนักงานรอเช็คอินที่บ้านพัก 24ชั่วโมง/ กดจองแล้วต้องอ่านข้อมูลที่ส่งไปให้ในกล่องข้อความ ไม่เช่นนั้นจะเข้าบ้านพักไม่ได้นะคะ
-ค่าประกันค่าเสียหาย 1000บาท ในวันเข้าพักโอนก่อนเวลา 10.45 น.เพื่อรับรหัส, คืนหมดหลังเช็คเอาท์กรณีไม่พบ ความเสียหาย
-บ้านพักเราเป็นการเช็คอินด้วยตัวเองหลัง 14.00 น.เป็นต้นไปเท่านั้น/ เช็คเอาท์ 12.00น./ เวลา 12.00-14.00น.แม่บ้านต้องเข้า ทำความสะอาดสำหรับลูกค้าท่านถัดไป
-ค่าปรับ 300บาท/คน/คืน ในกรณีลูกค้าเข้าพักเกินจำนวนที่จอง
-ไม่ล้างจานชามคืน, ปรับ 100บาท
-สำหรับการจอง 2 ท่านที่พัก7 คืนหรือน้อยกว่า, ห้องนอนที่สองจะถูกล็อค หากต้องการแยกห้องนอน เราสามารถจัดเตรียมห้องพักทั้งสองห้องได้ โดยคิดค่าบริการซักรีดเพิ่ม 150 บาท
-เด็กคิดราคาเท่ากับผู้ใหญ่
-ห้าม!! ชาร์จรถยนต์ไฟฟ้า (EV) หากฝ่าฝืนปรับ 2,000บาทต่อวัน และหากเกิดความเสียหายใดๆ ผู้เข้าพักจะต้องรับผิดชอบเต็มจำนวน
-ห้ามสูบบุหรี่ในบ้าน,อนุญาตเฉพาะนอกตัวบ้านเท่านั้น/ ห้ามสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้าพัก/ ห้ามนำทุเรียนมากินในบ้าน (ค่าปรับกำจัดกลิ่น 3,000บาท)
-ห้ามปิ้งย่าง ห้ามหมูกระทะ ห้ามเอาอุปกรณ์ปิ้งย่างอื่นใดมาใช้ใบริเวณที่พัก
-ไม่มีอาหารเช้า, ไม่มีทำความสะอาดระหว่างเข้าพัก หากต้องการทำความสะอาดครั้งละ 500 บาท
-ห้ามทิ้งผ้าอนามัยหรือขยะลงในชักโครกเด็ดขาด ชักโครกใช้งานปกติและถูกตรวจสอบทุกครั้งก่อนลูกค้าเข้าพัก ตอนเช็คเอาท์หากชักโครกกดไม่ลง,คิดค่าล้วงท่อ 2000บาท

🧾 สำหรับการเข้าพักระยะยาว (มากกว่า 7 วัน) 🧾
1. คิดค่าไฟฟ้าตามการใช้งานจริง (5 บาทต่อหน่วย, เท่ากับเรทราคาของรัฐบาล) ค่าไฟจะคำนวณจากมิเตอร์บ้านในวันเช็กอินถึงวันเช็กเอาต์
2. บริการทำความสะอาดฟรีทุก 7 วัน

**Kindly note on the followings***
-Entire house for your private stay. Prices by number of guests (from 2-5 people).
-We are home (NOT hotel). NO 24 hours service. NO 24 hours receptionist at house for check-in. IMPORTANT to contact us via Inbox to arrange check-in time. If you show up without any appointment, you might not be able to reach us.
-Security deposit 1000THB pay when check in with staff, full refund after check-out in case of no damage in the house. Check-in with staff only during 14.00-17.00.
-Self check-in with key box is available. Security deposit 1000THB is required to transfer to Thai bank. Code will be sent at 13.45 on arrival date.
-Check-in start at 14.00 and check-out is at 12.00. From 12.00-14.00 Maids need to clean house for next guests.
-Fine 300 THB/person/night for extra guests that exceed the reservation.
-Fine 100THB if no return clean dish after check-out.
-For bookings of 2 guests staying 7 nights or less, the second bedroom will be locked. If separate sleeping arrangements are preferred, we can prepare both rooms for an extra 150 THB laundry fee.
-Kids are charged as an adult.
-EV charging from household outlets is strictly prohibited. Fine 2,000THB/day.Guests will be held liable for any damage caused.
-STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE (allowed ONLY outside house)/ No pet/ No durian/ Fine of 3,000THB
-No breakfast, No daily cleaning, Cleaning 500 THB/time if you request.
-DO NOT throw sanitary napkin or trash in the toilet. Toilet works properly and is checked every time before check-in. during check-out, if toilet can NOT flush down. Charge 2,000THB

🧾 Terms for Long-Term Stays (More than 7 nights) 🧾
1. Electricity is charged based on actual usage. (5 THB per unit,same rate as the government). Usage is calculated from the house meter on check-in and check-out dates
2 . Free weekly cleaning service provided (for every 7 days).
