HOUSE RULES / กฎระเบียบที่พัก

• No smoking inside the room or on the balcony. Fine 2,000 THB.
• ห้ามสูบบุหรี่ภายในห้องพักและระเบียง ฝ่าฝืนปรับ 2,000 บาท

• A security deposit of 1,000 THB is required and will be refunded after check-out if no damage or rule violations are found.
• เงินประกันความเสียหาย 1,000 บาท จะได้รับคืนหลังเช็กเอาต์ หากไม่มีความเสียหายหรือการฝ่าฝืนกฎของที่พัก

• Daily housekeeping is not included during your stay in order to help keep accommodation costs more affordable for our guests. Additional cleaning service is available upon request at 1,200 THB per time.
• ห้องพักไม่มีบริการทำความสะอาดระหว่างเข้าพัก เพื่อช่วยลดค่าใช้จ่ายในการเข้าพักของผู้เข้าพัก หากต้องการบริการทำความสะอาดเพิ่มเติม มีค่าใช้จ่าย 1,200 บาท / ครั้ง

• Please turn off lights and electrical appliances when not in use to help save energy.
• กรุณาปิดไฟและเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าทุกครั้งหลังใช้งานเพื่อช่วยประหยัดพลังงาน

• Please keep the room clean and tidy during your stay. Used dishes, cups, and kitchen equipment should be washed after use. Please dispose of food waste and rubbish in the bins provided.
If the room is left in an unreasonable condition, an additional cleaning fee of 500–1,500 THB will apply.
• กรุณารักษาความสะอาดภายในห้องพัก ล้างจาน แก้ว และอุปกรณ์ครัวหลังใช้งาน รวมถึงทิ้งเศษอาหารและขยะลงในถังขยะที่จัดไว้ให้ หากห้องพักอยู่ในสภาพไม่เหมาะสม จะมีค่าทำความสะอาดเพิ่มเติม 500–1,500 บาท

• Guests will be responsible for any lost items or damages caused to the room, villa, or property.
• หากมีสิ่งของสูญหายหรือเกิดความเสียหายต่อทรัพย์สินภายในห้องพักหรือบ้านพัก ผู้เข้าพักจะต้องรับผิดชอบค่าเสียหายตามจริง

• Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
• กรุณางดส่งเสียงดังหลัง 22:00 น. หากรบกวนผู้อื่นมีค่าปรับ 5,000 บาท

• Inside parking is available at 10 THB per hour.
• ที่จอดรถภายในอาคาร ค่าบริการ 10 บาท/ชั่วโมง

• No drugs or illegal substances are allowed in the room or villa.
• ห้ามเสพหรือนำสิ่งเสพติดหรือสิ่งผิดกฎหมายเข้ามาภายในห้องพักหรือบ้านพัก

• Pets are not allowed. Violation will result in a 5,000 THB fine and immediate removal from the property.
• ไม่อนุญาตให้นำสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้าพัก ฝ่าฝืนปรับ 5,000 บาท และให้ออกจากที่พักทันที
