-Bath towels are for the body, not for cleaning the floor or feet. Please help me take care of clean towels. If damage happens, an extra charge will be applied.
-Rubbish
Please keep the house clean and throw away the garbage daily. To get to the garbage room, go outside your room find the garbage room at the end of the hallway before you turn right toward the elevator.
-Laundry service
Don't hesitate to contact the Juristic office on the ground floor for more info about laundry services. If you'd like to do your laundry yourself, the laundry room is on the first floor near the washroom beside the gym. The juristic office has coins for you to trade.
-Electricity
Please switch off the light and air-con when it is not in use. Let us help each other in saving our planet. Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
-Kitchen
We equipped kitchen accessories in the apartment. Feel free to do some light cooking or warm-up dishes. Please don't eat on the bed or sofa. There is a penalty fee for any extra cleaning required.
Strictly no smoking in the apartment. If you do want to smoke, please smoke outside the building.
Strictly, no party in the apartment or pets are allowed in the building.
Strictly, no sex tourism is allowed.
