Overall, a good place to stay near the beach. I rented the condo from airbnb. The condo had shabby bed, couch, and kitchen with weekly housekeeping. Its tucked away in upscale condo building with fewer amenities such as pyjamas and gyms. This condos location is its best feature. Walking street and kata beach are both very close by. There are many excellent restaurants that serve fresh seafood in the area.

Bangunannya bagus dan tenang. Kolam renangnya bagus dan gymnya sangat kecil. Hanya ada 3 mesin dan beban. Lokasinya agak jauh dari pantai, sekitar 15 menit berjalan kaki. Lingkungannya masih agak sepi, ada lebih banyak bisnis daripada klien. Saya menyewa melalui Airbnb, ini adalah bangunan yang bagus dan tenang.

We have been here for a week and want to return. This place is very comfortable and cozy. Weve been there for one week, and we are already planning to stay here again. The rooms are suitable for families with small children or couples of two. You have sat on tastier balconies with nice views. Here, you can see the entire city of kata from the infinity pool, which is fantastic. In the back, there is an ozone cafe and restaurant. Sofas are also available in the lounge. There is also onsite parking. With cctv cameras and security, the location is safe and secure. Finally, id suggest this location to everyone.

We spent 5 nights here. The room itself was fantastic. With the exception of an oven, the kitchen was modern and had almost everything we needed. It would be wonderful if there were a few basic necessities like cooking oil, salt, and pepper. Both the gym and the rooftop pool were excellent. In terms of location, we were only 10/15 minutes from either Kata or Karon beach, which is great because it is always quiet at night.

The condo boasts a pleasant location, offering convenient access to Kata beach in just 20 minutes. However, there are numerous cafes nearby, providing ample convenience. The room itself was pleasant, featuring en suite amenities such as tv facilities, bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen. While the gym may be compact, the pool is enjoyable, situated on the roof overlooking pristine surroundings.

The apartment was really wonderful, and it was easy to maintain. The presence of cooking and washing facilities makes the stay simple and impressed with the peace and security of building access day or night. Its conveniently located, making it easy for you to explore everywhere. If you enjoy walking, everything is just a stones throw away. However, the only issue i could find was that there were no windows or screens to let in airflow and only the ranch slider to allow for air flow, but hopefully, you too will enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Booking through Airbnb. Apartment block with shortterm rental studios. The studio itself is perfect for couples or with small children. Close enough to everything in kata to walk around on foot and also set back a bit on t hor quieter side street.

I spent a month here, and it turned out to be incredibly pleasant. The apartment boasts beautiful mountain views and possesses onsite amenities. While the beach may require navigating, it is still feasible to explore the area on foot, or you can simply hire oculars for added convenience. Despite being far from the bustle of patong, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, although there isnt much other nightlife available.

The location is excellent, its near Kata beach. It takes around five minutes to walk there. Although the rooftop pool isnt particularly large, it is still a good place to unwind. Up there, there are lovely views. The apartments are modest but roomy, measuring 50 square meters. Expect nothing more than opulence, but expect upscale luxury in sytaya island.

The location is very walkable to many places, such as kata beach, karon beach and even the fruit market and makro where you can buy groceries. It was really nice to have a small kitchen to cook meals in. The view from the pool was nice and it was great to enjoy later pool hours.
