Phi Private Villa: Luxury Riverside and Pool

1. For non-domestic travelers, travel documents are required during the check-in

2. No smoking inside the residence. The designated smoking area is outside and marked. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided.

3. Please change your shoes to the provided ones once you are inside the place.

4. We are able to accommodate events and parties upon request. Even requests must be sent prior to booking with the host's full acknowledgment.
Additional charges related to organizing the event must be agreed upon and paid in advance. Events and parties unacknowledged by the host are strictly prohibited.

5. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed to stay overnight at the residence.

6. Quiet time after 11 PM

7. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room.

8. Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin. Daily housekeeping is available during your stay.

9. No pets allowed.

10. Please turn off the lights and air conditioning units when you leave the residence. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.

11. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner.

12. Please kindly keep the kitchen area clean and wash the dishes after use. Our housekeeper will be in charge of cleaning from 7 AM - 3 PM
