• Dishes need to be left clean. The company has the right to deduct One Thousand Baht from the security deposit for cleaning fee if you leave more than 5 dirty dishes.
• The check-in time in Villa is at 14:00 on the arrival day and the check-out time at 11:00 on the last day.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the house; a fine of One Thousand Baht will be applied for breaking the rule.
• Changes for check-in date are not possible once payment has been made.
• Gambling and all kinds of illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. The company does not tolerate these acts. A fine of One Hundred Thousand Baht will be charged to the violators.
• Late check-out fee is amounting to Five Hundred Baht per hour.
• There are 150 units free in power consumption per stay.
• A fine of Five Hundred Baht will be charged for any lost and damage pool ball and Four Thousand Five Hundred Baht for damage wool cloth of pool table.
• It is not permitted to use the sounds outside the house after 22:00. You will be discharged immediately. Security deposit will not be refunded.
• In case of damaging or losing the house key and garage door remote control. A fine of Six Thousand Hundred Baht will be charged.
• No refunds will be entertained once payment has been made.
• This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out within 4 hours, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
• Pets below five kg are permitted (Charge for pet fee is Five Hundred baht a night).
• In case there are unofficially booked persons in accommodation the company reserves the right not to refund the security deposit and the penalty rate per head will be adjusted to Two Thousand Baht.
• In case of early check-out, please inform us one hour prior to your request time.
• Prepare amount for your remaining balance and security deposit. The key will be given to the guests when payment is completed.
• A security deposit of Ten Thousand Baht is required.
