Pudpichaya Pool Villa - a great place to stay!

The only House rule is that guests relax and enjoy themselves. Pudpichaya is a calm and peaceful environment and activities such as loud parties or events are not encouraged, likewise any behaviour likely to cause upset or annoyance to others. Pudpichaya is a no-smoking establishment within the villas, but smoking is allowed in the external areas. A full list of our House rules is available on request by email or as part of the check-in process.
Pets are not allowed on the premises under any circumstances.
A security deposit if 5,000THB is required on check-in and refunded in cash on check-out.
Electricity is not included as part of your booking charges. A usage fee will be calculated via the property power meter for the amount of electricity used during the length of your stay and will be deducted from the security deposit at check-out. The calculation is based on a rate of THB6 per Kwh.
Cutlery, Crockery pots and pans are supplied as a courtesy. If used, please ensure that you clean them before check out. These items are not included in the property cleaning charge.
Cleaning charge. We ensure that the property is hygienically cleansed according to the highest standard before your arrival. All COVID rules are followed. For long stay guests, the property is cleansed once weekly with towels and bedding replaced as standard. Daily housekeeping (cleaning, towels, bedding, etc) is available at an extra charge per time.
