The location is perfect, close to the main market and patong beach. The room is spacious and clean. The pool water temperature is perfect! Above all, sam offers an incredible level of service! I recommend him without hesitation!.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Very close to main street where all the bars, clubs, restaurants and markets are. The guy in charge of the residence, sam, is very friendly and helped us during our stay. I recommend this place 100%.

Hotel ini luar biasa! Saya mengendarai mobil sewaan tanpa seorang pemandu di malam hari. Jika bukan karena bantuan seorang pemuda setempat yang sering berkeliaran di sekitar daerah itu, dia tidak akan pernah menemukannya. Namun, ini adalah keuntungan dari institusi ini! Terletak di halaman, hanya beberapa langkah dari mesin dan pada saat yang sama Anda dapat tidur dengan jendela terbuka. Sangat sepi di sekitarnya. Bagian dalamnya sederhana tapi bersih. Bagi mereka yang ingin bersenandung dan tidur, ini adalah tempat yang tepat!

The rooms are very spacious and the swimming pool is very large always cleaned. Overall nice stayed 1 week. However, there is a need for renovations. Free stay compared to 4 star or 5 star hotels. My opinion staying here royal prince residence is nice quiet no noises always responds Sam nice guy. Hope we will come back again.

Dont reserve this place. It doesnt resemble the pictures at all. The furniture looks like it was made in the 1970 s. We feel duped.

A pleasant location for a large group. The villa we stayed in had 5 rooms each with a private bathroom. It was comfortable and had all the amenities, but it was a bit outdated and could use a makeover. About a 10minute walk from jung ceylon and bangla street. There are many restaurants and bars along the road.

I like all the facilities from check in to check out. Sams hospitality is especially impressive. His manner, humor, and suggestions for places to visit. I also enjoy swimming. The room is also nice, big, and clean. Everything you need in your personal room when you go on vacation.

We are a large group of 9 people booked for 3 nights, which is fine but we expect more, but only 1 bathroom. Prices to get rooms cheaper, receptionist boy alwy is nice and polite. Thank you.

Hotel yang tenang untuk datang bersama keluarga atau berkelompok atau sendirian, stafnya sangat ramah dan baik hati. Hotel ini ideal dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan, pasar malam, dan laut 10 menit berjalan kaki. Kamarnya sangat besar dan luas dengan balkon yang ideal untuk menyiapkan sarapan. Dapur dilengkapi dengan baik, kamar bersih dan terawat serta dibersihkan setiap 2 hari. Dan setiap hari hotel menawarkan Anda sebotol air kecil. Kolam renangnya hangat dan cukup besar untuk berenang dan berputar. Jalan hotel adalah gang yang sepi, artinya Anda bisa bersantai di sana, tidak ada suara bising dari sepeda motor atau mobil karena lalu lintas sangat sepi. Ada supermarket 1 menit untuk berbelanja. Satu-satunya kelemahan yang saya temukan adalah Anda tidak dapat melihat pemandangan dari kamar Anda, tetapi harganya sangat menarik dan kemudian Anda tidak menginap di kamar hotel Anda di Thailand!

Saya menginap di sini secara kebetulan karena saya memesan kamar di Abbey Road Hostel di Patong dan mereka tidak memiliki kamar yang saya pesan, jadi mereka mengirim kami ke sini. The place was wellmaintained. Lots of rooms, each with a toilet and bath. The manager was kind enough to store our luggage after checkout and let us use the facility after we finished our tour to get ready for our flight back to Bangkok. I highly recommend it as a reasonable place to stay. Close to the beach and night activities and the price was right.

The environment is clean and pleasant. The location is on a downtoearth street, so you will be surprised when you see the room yourself! Not only is the staff friendly, but there are many free goods and utilities. We can even have free barbecue utilities! Will definitely come back!.

The royal prince residence is conveniently located near all the necessities for travelers. The attractions are only a short distance away, but the guy named sam does a great job.
