Excellent comfort and accommodations provided by pla and the team. Helped us with transportation and local issues. The food at cafe fuzio is excellent and also served us vegetarian food. Strongly advised.

Saya melakukan reservasi sekitar seminggu sebelumnya karena reservasinya untuk sepuluh hari yang merupakan waktu yang lama. Demi kenyamanan, saya khusus meninggalkan pesan meminta untuk tidak ditempatkan di sebelah lift dan diminta untuk ditempatkan di ruangan yang lebih baru. Kamar yang saya berikan tepat di seberang lift, sangat tidak nyaman dan menakutkan mendengar pintu dibuka dan ditutup di malam hari. Apalagi kamar mandi di ruangan ini hanya memiliki bathtub. Anda hanya bisa berdiri di atas bathtub untuk mandi. Tidak ada kamar mandi berdiri terpisah. Setiap keluar masuk bathtub setinggi itu sangat berbahaya. Sandal di lantai juga licin. Setiap selesai mandi, lantai masih penuh air. Tanya apakah pelayan di sini mendiskriminasi wanita asing yang lajang? Atau menurutmu saya baik dan mudah didiskriminasi? Seberapa besar kebencian yang menempatkanku di sini? Apakah ini upaya untuk pembenaran? Setiap kali saya keluar dari kamar mandi, saya harus dengan hati-hati memegang kusen pintu dan perlahan turun. Kaki saya tergelincir beberapa kali dengan cara yang sangat menegangkan. Selain itu, sarapannya masih enak, tidak tahu harus meminta secara terpisah? Mungkin saya lebih bodoh dalam hal itu. Sungguh sulit berada di negara asing.

I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next trip to bangkok. Amazing hotel with incredibly kind staff. You always feel welcomed and are welcomed with a friendly smile. Six and nah treated me very well and were available whenever i needed them.

Kamarnya gelap dan perlu renovasi. Butuh sekitar 45 menit untuk mencapai bandara dengan taksi di pagi hari. Foto hotel tidak sesuai dengan yang ada di foto.

The rooms are neat and cozy. They even provide a tabletop stove and a twodoor refrigerator. The service is also excellent. Our air conditioner was promptly repaired. The bathroom is truly amazing, with a large tub with a jacuzzilike fitting, a separate shower cubicle, a makeup table, and a full wall closet for clothes! I liked the villagelike atmosphere. Their breakfast was also quite good. I gave it one star because it is a bit far from the city center.

Hotel yang sangat tidak disarankan. Foto-foto di situs persewaan hotel tidak sesuai dengan kenyataan (foto jauh lebih terang dari foto). Wastafel tersumbat, handle pintu rusak, 3 bohlam rusak. Singkatnya, sangat mahal untuk apa yang Anda dapatkan!

Notes. The staff is not excellent with people of indian origin. The front desk staff pretends to not understand english and only communicates what they want to communicate. There is a huge communication gap between the staff and the customer. We were literally struggling to convince them that we needed extra water. Also, the price of standard items like water is 40 thai bhat. There were no dental kits or hand soap. The location is on the outskirts of bangkok, so be prepared to pay extra for cabs. They may offer you a room in another building that is half residential and half hotel. Pros a few seven elevens, the buffet had a decent spread, the staff with complimentary buffet service was very helpful, there is a jacuzzi in every room, and the housekeeping staff cleaned the room pretty well.

Kamarnya sangat luas dan fasilitasnya lengkap. Perjalanan nyaman, dekat dengan stasiun kereta penghubung bandara dan sangat terkesan dengan pelayanan stafnya. Terutama tim Six, Mark dan Korn, mereka selalu bertanya apakah mereka membutuhkan bantuan.

I have already stayed for the second time. The entire team is very friendly. The service is excellent. There is also a free airport link shuttle. I will stay here every time i visit to thailand. The room is spacious as described. I have upgraded the room twice. Thank you very much.
