Spacious 3br apartment with private pool in Surin

This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Condo's rules.
Garbage must be taken to the designated garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.

Please be wise and close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all lights when you leave. Cleaning service during the stay is not included in the rate but can be arranged at an extra fee. Book 48hrs in advance by contacting us. Late check in is available on request free of charge. Please note that The Quarter's restaurant and the communal pool are temporarily closed and there is no reception at the building.

Damage deposit has to be paid on arrival is 10000baht.
