1 - Check-in and Check-out Time
Check-in: From 3PM
Check-out: Until 11AM
2 - Respect the Neighborhood
Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. No excessive noise after 10 PM.
No parties or events without prior approval.
3 - Maximum Occupancy
The maximum number of guests is 2 people in the property.
4 - No Pets
Pets are not allowed in the property unless pre-approved.
5 - No Smoking
The property is non-smoking. Please smoke outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
6 - Use of Equipment
Please take care of the furniture and appliances. Any damage should be reported immediately.
Do not use appliances or equipment in a manner not intended.
7 - Security
Always lock the doors when leaving the property.
Make sure all windows and doors are closed when leaving.
8 - Environmental Respect
Please conserve water and electricity during your stay.
Dispose of trash in the proper bins. Recycling is encouraged if possible.
9 - Cleaning
We kindly ask guests to leave the property in a reasonable condition at the end of the stay. Additional cleaning fees may apply if necessary.
10 - Breakages and Damages
If anything is damaged, please inform us immediately so we can replace it.
11 - Respect Check-out Time
Check-out should be done at the agreed time to allow preparation for the next guests.
12 - Inspection of the Property
An inspection of the property may be conducted at check-out to ensure no damage has occurred.
