UTILITIES - Price Not INCLUDES Electric & Water.

DEPOSIT - For stays over 14 days a deposit of 3,000 baht is needed. For stays over 21 Days a deposit of 6,000 Baht by cash needs to placed and will be refunded on departure date.

CLEANING - Minor Cleaning, trash collecting, and towels changing included once a week. Extra Cleaning and Deep Cleaning is additional charge. CLEANING FEE is cleaning after check out only, not during your stay.

CHECK IN - Our standard check in time is between 14:00pm to 18:00pm. Early check-in is subjected to availability. For Late-check in, please inform us before you arrival and I will explain how you can self-check-in. Check in between 14:00pm to 17:00pm, someone from the team will check you in person. Check in between 18:00pm until 8:00am we will have a key box near the lobby/reception entrance/counter. We will give you the code before your arrival.

CHECK OUT - Check out is until 11:00am, late check-out is subjected to availability until 14:00pm max. If you've given a deposit, we would meet you and check you out. If you've paid no deposit, you may leave the key at the reception counter or back in the key box.

RULES – No Smoking in Room, No Loud Noises or Partying in Room, No Durian in Room, Close AC when going outside.

TOILETS – DO NOT put tissue in the toilet, de-clogging service is 500 BAHT per time.

SERVICE - Please be reminded that we are not a Hotel with 24hr Service. If you need assistant during your stay we will assist you between 9:00am to 18:00pm from Monday to Friday, subject to availability.

FACILITIES - Facilities free of use within the apartment consist of a fitness room and swimming pool. Other facilities have additional cost.
