The location is right in the center of pattaya. I have now renewed my stay for a year and will stay all the time until i stay in pattenayak for work. Great place stayed for 4 months, only 6000 thai bhat per month. It is really good price with all great facilities like fridge flatscreen tv, with cable channels, free coffee every day private bathroom with hot water, and the owner is very helpful in all aspects also the room is too clean.

Ive been here many times. Excellent service large, spotless rooms with a balcony and pool. The best place to stay in the heart of pattaya. Best owner who is always willing to help and guide everyone. Longterm stays are even more affordable. Very kind people.

We will definitely be back and recommend my friends best because of the location in the center, clean and comfortable. This place was really great we loved being there at such a reasonable price only 600 thai bhat standard room and clean big room very friendly staff.

I will undoubtedly return. El edificio no è new, and neither the furnishings nor the rooms are brand new. However, it is crean, with roomy accommodations. The neighborhood is secure, offering plenty of excellent and affordable dining options. Both the staff and the proprietors are amiable and accommodating. Always willing to assist.

Best value for the money. The best service and very helpful and friendly staff. Beach is only 20 minutes walk big c extra food court and many cheap local thai food nearby. They also do longterm co tracts as they said was unbeatable prices. Rooms were large with balconies, wifi free and a good pool it was full as i couldnt extend my stay more than 3 days they claimed it had been fully prebooked and asked us to book it online through application or application really supper.

Amazing location, very friendly owner. The welcome drink is delicious, there is always drinking water available, both at room temperature and hot or boiling for thee, coffee or instant dishes. I booked a room, but it was cheaper upon arrival and very spacious, some charges had been waived, and the deposit amount is only 100 baht. Great place to be, especially when compared to prime locations like walking street and beach road.

We reserved a room for the first week of securing rescheduling for ten weeks in pattaya, but ultimately ended up staying for five weeks. While its reasonably priced, it is genuinely geared toward family and entertainment, with no worries for guests. With that in mind, we will definitely stay here again.

A really good place to stay in a great location. The rooms are very large for the price and the hotel is located in an area away from the hustle and bustle but very close to all the tourist attractions. Free drinking water and hot water available for tea 24 hours x 7! I had to extend my stay for ten days and was able to do so without any problems. Staff are well behaved and manager, Ratan is very friendly and helpful. Overall very good value for money.
