1）Security Deposit – 5,000 THB (refunded after check-out if no damage).
2）No Smoking Indoors – Only allowed in designated areas
3） Shoes Off Inside – Store them on the shoe rack to keep floors clean.
4） No Unregistered Guests After 10 PM
– Violations incur a fine of 2,000 THB per guest.
5） No Commercial Shoots – Photography & filming require prior approval.
6） Respect Noise Levels – Keep quiet, especially during early mornings & late nights.
7） Handle Artworks With Care – Damage will be charged based on market price.
8） ID Requirement – Passport required by Thai law for check-in.
9） Strictly No Drugs or Human Trafficking – Immediate report to authorities.
10）Plunge Pool Rules
- No glassware (cleaning fine: 10,000 THB).
- Pool maintenance: Mondays & Fridays
- Parents must supervise children.
11） No Durian or Strong Outdors – will be an additional charge for extra cleaning.
12） Luggage Storage Available
13）This is Not a Hotel – Expect a unique, home-like experience with basic service.
14）No Pets Allowed – Due to the delicate nature of this heritage home
