This hotel was fantastic. Its more like staying at home than in a hotel. The room was very comfortable and welldesigned. The bathroom was beautiful and very spacious. My stay was very quiet on the 4th floor. The bed was very comfortable, so i woke up wanting to stay another night. They also have super hot water, which is rare in a hotel lol. The only downside was that my ac unit in the room was quite noisy when it kicked on, but that didnt stop me from staying here again. My room also had a ceiling fan, which was very cool. I will definitely stay here again! Check in and out experience was great, highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are beautiful, and the bed is amazing. Its a bit noisy next to the freeway, but its not a big deal. It would be better if coffee was available all day. Great location when in new york.

Hotel yang bagus, tenang di Brooklyn, dekat dengan dua stasiun metro dan 25 menit dari Manhattan. Sarapan enak, harus jam 10 sebelum sarapan dibuka karena ini balapan, tetapi tidak ada yang perlu dikeluhkan. Hotel yang bagus.

Very nice service. We stayed here for 4 nights total. Denise at the front desk was amazing and very accommodating to our extra needs at the time. Thank you! The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is close to the g, 7 trains, and a couple of bus lines.

Pemenangnya adalah perbandingan kualitas atau kedekatan dengan 2 jalur metro (10 menit berjalan kaki) utara dan selatan. Ada supermarket yang penuh dengan buah dan sayuran di dekatnya. Staf yang ramah, sarapan enak (terutama pancake). Mereka mengizinkan kami memarkir barang bawaan kami pada hari keberangkatan sehingga kami dapat lebih sering mengunjungi kota, meletakkan semua barang bawaan kami di kamar dan memberi label. Mereka juga menyediakan payung jika diperlukan.

A wonderful little hotel with a lot of charm. The staff is helpful and kind. The room is spacious and has a very comfortable bed. Very neat and clean. The location is across the river from mr. Manhattan. There are many places to eat and have coffee in the neighborhood.

Hotel ini tidak terlalu buruk, agak jauh dari metro tetapi mungkin ada layanan bus di dekatnya. Kamarnya bagus dengan tempat tidur yang nyaman. AC-nya cukup berisik sehingga kami harus mematikannya pada malam hari. Kamar yang menghadap ke Manhattan sebenarnya memiliki pemandangan yang indah.

The stay was fantastic as always. When we are in new york city, my finance and i have always stayed here. Because angelina was so kind at the front desk and was so accommodating for our stay, this last trip we took was really special.

The location is good for exploring the city of brooklyn, close to the metro, 1 stop to grand central, and convenient supermarkets nearby. We stayed in a loft with a sofa bed and used the kitchen extensively (equipment provided). Unfortunately the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable. Service is ok, not always very responsive. Would visit again.

The lobby and onsite bar, which feature a unique global decor and vintage touches, might be the highlights. Additionally, there is a rooftop with views of queens and midtown Manhattan! Anyone who wants to get married here should definitely check out the box hotel. The view was breathtaking, and my cousin got married here on december 29, 2023. The box hotel was fantastic.

Highly recommended, cant wait to go back. This was the most beautiful hotel ive ever stayed at. Its beautifully decorated with carefully chosen original artwork all over the place, the environment is magical, the rooms are really nice, the beds are comfortable, spacious, and the bathrooms are beautiful. Helpful staff.

I really appreciate christinas upgrade of my friends room! The hotel is stunning, with a spotless and cozy interior and exquisite decor. The room was fantastic, and i particularly enjoyed the shower! I have nothing to complain about, other than the fact that if you are coming from Manhattan, you must cross a bridge to reach the hotel, but other than that, i highly recommend it!.

This hotel saved my sister and me from being stuck at the airport due to an unforeseen storm. Their staff was very welcoming and helpful during a time when our trip was near rock bottom. Kristina made sure we checked in early without any hassle and Michael helped us get settled into our room. To be honest, the kindness and hospitality of the staff were on point. We cannot recommend this hotel enough!.

We had a great time here. The hotel has a nice vibe, and the rooms are lovely. Although it is a little off the usual route, i thoroughly enjoyed exploring a new part of brookly. The hotels customer service was also impressive to me. After i left, i realized i had forgotten a pair of earrings that are very important to me. Fong went to retrieve them right away and assured me they would be sent to me. Fong further assisted me as she finished her shift, verifying the package via email and voicemail. I appreciate that both women took great care to ensure that i received my earrings, and they were incredibly understanding and polite during our conversations. I would without a doubt suggest this hotel.

Beautiful hotel with great attention to detail. There are vibrant paintings and images everywhere. The rooms remind me of lofts, with high ceilings and simple furniture, but the designs are really well executed. Denise at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating, and the irish bartender made you feel at home. There was a lot of laughter among strangers, so thats when you know you are in good company. The breakfast buffet was small but delicious. Our room had a nice size balcony, but because it was freezing outside, we didnt use it. I will definitely be back in the summer as they have a rooftop, and if it looks like the interior of the hotel, it should be beautiful.

Last month, i had a great time staying here for my birthday. The hotel lobby and room are lovely and immaculate. I really liked that the room included two poland water bottles. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating.
