The One ChiangMai 1B1B Condo E, next to Chiang Mai

This is a self-check-in agoda, so you may check in anytime after 2:00 PM. Please note this is a self-service apartment; breakfast and other services are not provided. We supply 1 set of towels per guest and basic amenities. Additional paid services, such as linen and towel cleaning, can be arranged with advance notice.
House Rules
1️⃣ Please avoid leaving food on the floor and promptly clean up food residue to prevent ants.
2️⃣ Each floor has a garbage room. Kindly dispose of trash there rather than leaving it outside the door.
3️⃣ Smoking is prohibited inside the condo, including on balconies. Please use the designated smoking area in the parking area downstairs; violations will incur a 5,000-baht fine by management.
4️⃣ Marijuana use is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Violations may result in eviction and a fine of 100,000 baht.
5️⃣ Durian is not permitted inside the building per condo regulations.
6️⃣ Please take care of all towels. Lost or damaged towels, including those used in the gym or pool, will incur a charge of 600 baht per towel.
7️⃣ Hair dyeing is not allowed in the room. A 5,000-baht fine will apply for any dye stains on the bathroom or linens.
