> ราคานี้สำหรับลูกค้า 12 ท่าน หากมากกว่า 12 ท่าน คิดเพิ่มท่านละ 300 บาท ต่อท่าน ต่อคืน / สูงสุด 16 ท่าน
> ไม่อนุญาตให้นำสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้าที่พัก ฝ่าฝืนจะถูกยึดเงินประกันทั้งหมดทุกกรณี
> เปิดเพลงควรปิดประตูให้มิดชิด
> งดใช้เสียงหลัง 22:00 น.
> มีค่าทำความสะอาดเพิ่มเติมในวันเช็คเอาท์ ในกรณีที่ลูกค้าไม่ล้างจานและอื่นๆประเมินหน้างานอีกครั้ง
> เก็บค่าประกันความเสียหาย ชำระวันเช็คอิน 5,000 บาท หากเข้าพักตั้งแต่ 14 วันขึ้นไป เก็บค่าประกันความเสียหาย 10,000 บาท ( ได้คืนวันเช็คเอาท์หากไม่มีอะไรเสียหาย )

> This price is for 12 guests. For more than 12 guests, an additional charge of 300 THB per person per night will apply / maximum 16 guests.
> Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. Violators will forfeit their entire security deposit.
> Please close the door tightly when playing music.
> No loud noise after 10:00 PM.
> An additional cleaning fee will be charged on check-out day. This will be assessed on-site if guests do not wash dishes or other items.
> A security deposit of 5,000 THB is payable on check-in. For stays of 14 days or more, the security deposit is 15,000 THB (refundable on check-out day if no damage occurs).
