-จองพักได้บ้านทั้งหลัง | ราคาขึ้นอยู่จำนวนแขกที่เข้าพัก | พักได้ 2-14 ท่าน
-เราเป็นบ้านพัก (ไม่ใช่โรงแรม) ไม่มีพนักงานรอเช็คอินที่บ้านพัก 24ชั่วโมง/ กดจองแล้วต้องอ่านข้อมูลที่ส่งไปให้ในกล่องข้อความ ไม่เช่นนั้นจะเข้าบ้านพักไม่ได้นะคะ
-ค่าประกันค่าเสียหาย 2000บาท โอนก่อนเวลาเข้าพักเพื่อรับรหัส, คืนหลังเช็คเอาท์กรณีไม่พบความเสียหาย
-บ้านพักเราเป็นการเช็คอินด้วยตัวเองหลัง 15.00 น.เป็นต้นไปเท่านั้น/ เช็คเอาท์ 13.00น./ เวลา 13.00-15.00น.แม่บ้านต้องเข้า ทำความสะอาดสำหรับลูกค้าท่านถัดไป
-การจัดเตียงจะต้องได้รับการยืนยันล่วงหน้า 2 วันก่อนวันเข้าพัก, เราไม่เข้ามาเปลี่ยนแปลงระหว่างการเข้าพัก, หากไม่มีการยืนยัน เราจะจัดตามที่เราเห็นสมควร, เตียงจัดตามจำนวนผู้เข้าพัก
-ค่าปรับ 800บาท/คน/คืน ในกรณีลูกค้าเข้าพักเกินจำนวนที่จอง
-เตียง 1 เตียงสำหรับนอน 2 ท่าน/หากต้องการนอนแยกกัน, ใช้คนละ 1 เตียงมีค่าส่งผ้าซักเพิ่ม 200บาทต่อเตียง
- ฟรีเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 3ขวบ(สูงสุด 2คน) แต่ไม่จัดอุปกรณ์เครื่องนอนเพิ่ม นอกเหนือจากนี้คิดราคาเท่ากับผู้ใหญ่
-มีผ้าเช็ดตัวใหม่สำหรับลูกค้าทุกคนในวันเข้าพักเท่านั้น หากต้องการเพิ่ม=100บาท/ผืน
-น้ำดื่ม/คน/คืน และมีกาแฟ ครีมอาบน้ำ,แชมพูสระผมไว้บริการ
-ไม่มีอาหารเช้า, ไม่มีทำความสะอาดระหว่างเข้าพัก หากต้องการทำความสะอาด 900 บาท/ครั้ง
-ห้าม!! ชาร์จรถยนต์ไฟฟ้า (EV) หากฝ่าฝืนปรับ 2,000บาทต่อวัน และหากเกิดความเสียหายใดๆ ผู้เข้าพักจะต้องรับผิดชอบเต็มจำนวน
-ห้ามสูบบุหรี่ในบ้าน อนุญาตเฉพาะที่จอดรถเท่านั้น/ ห้ามสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้าพัก/ ห้ามนำทุเรียนมากินในบ้าน/(ค่าปรับกำจัดกลิ่น 5000บาท)
-จอดรถในรั้วบ้านได้ 1คัน และจอดบริเวณหน้ารั้วได้อีก 2 คัน
-ปิ้งย่างบ้านเราเน้นแบบครอบครัวเพื่อนฝูง นั่งคุยกันสบายๆ ชิวๆ ไม่มีคาราโอเกะ งดใช้เสียงดังหลัง 21.00 น. (สายปารตี้เสียงดังห้ามจอง)/ เปิดโซนปิ้งย่าง, จ่ายเพิ่มตอนเช็คอิน 800 บาทสำหรับ 8 ท่าน, หากเกิน 8 ท่านคิดท่านละ 50 บาท
-ห้ามทิ้งผ้าอนามัยหรือขยะลงในชักโครกเด็ดขาด ชักโครกใช้งานปกติและถูกตรวจสอบทุกครั้งก่อนลูกค้าเข้าพัก ตอนเช็คเอาท์หากชักโครกกดไม่ลง,คิดค่าล้วงท่อ 2000บาท
-กรณีเข้าพักระยะยาว (เกิน14วัน) เงินประกันความเสียหาย 5000บาท, คืนหลังเช็คเอาท์กรณีไม่พบความเสียหาย/ ฟรีทำความสะอาดอาทิตย์ละครั้งพร้อมเปลี่ยนผ้าปูที่นอนใหม่, ผ้าเช็ดตัวใหม่,เติมกาแฟและน้ำดื่ม/ คิดค่าไฟตามที่ใช้จริง (หน่วยละ 5บาท)
***Kindly note on the followings***
- Entire house for your private stay. Prices by number of guests (from 2-14people).
- We are home (NOT hotel). NO 24 hours service. NO 24 hours receptionist at house for check-in. IMPORTANT to contact us via Inbox to arrange check-in time. If you show up without any appointment, you might not be able to reach us.
-Security deposit 2000THB pay when check in with staff, full refund after check-out in case of no damage in the house. Check- in with staff only during 15.00-19.00.
-Self check-in with Lock box is available. Security deposit 2000 THB is required to transfer to Thai bank. Code will be sent at 14.45 on arrival date.
-Beds set up to be confirmed 2 days before your arrival. We cannot change during your stay. If NO confirmation, bed will be set up as we see fit. Beds are set up by the number of guests.
-Check-in start at 15.00 and check-out is at 13.00. From 13.00-15.00 Maids need to clean house for next guests.
- Charge 800 THB/person/night for extra guests that exceed the reservation.
- 1 bed for 2 guests. If you want 1 guest on 1 bed, we charge extra 200 THB/bed. pay when check-in
- Max 2 kids under 3 years old is free but no bed set up. Besides this, charge as an adult.
- Fresh Towels for every guests only on your first day of arrival. (if you want more, 100THB/towel).
- Bottle of water/guest/night. we provide coffee, shower cream and shampoo.
-No breakfast,No daily cleaning, Cleaning 900 THB/time if you request.
- EV charging from household outlets is strictly prohibited. Fine 2,000THB/day.Guests will be held liable for any damage caused.
- STRICTLY no smoking inside house, allow only outside the house/ NO PET/ NO durian (a fine for smell issue 5000THB)
- Private parking inside house for a car. Space for 2 cars outside house.
- No party in Grill zone. Keep silence after 21.00. if guest want to use grill zone, Charge 800 THB for 8 guests, more than 8 guests, pay 50THB/guest.
-DO NOT throw sanitary napkin or trash in the toilet. Toilet works properly and is checked every time before check-in. during check-out, if toilet can NOT flush down. Charge 2000THB
- Long stay (more than 14 days) security deposit 5000THB, It will be returned when you check-out. (Full amount returned if the house was left with no damage)./Electricity upon to your use (5 THB/unit). / free weekly cleaning
