Our goal is to provide you with a high standard of accommodation together with quality hospitality services and a personal touch to make sure you have the best environment to enjoy your holidays. When you arrive, we will give you a checklist to remind you about the following points: check-in and check-out times (as per our listing), maximum capacity (as per our listing), no smoking inside the room (allowed in the designated smoking area), no illegal activities, respect of the property, respect of the neighbors (no parties, no loud noise after 10 pm), electricity fee (see “other things to note” below) and elementary safety precautions. In accordance with Thai law, we will also make a copy of all passports to register the TM30 immigration forms.
Other things to note:
Children and infants are welcome, and we can provide a baby cot and a baby chair upon request. There is no extra charge for children, until 12 years old, sharing an existing bed.
We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person. Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis. You can order it more often for a small additional fee.
After you’ve completed your booking, we will open a group chat on your favorite app and send you all the information relevant to your arrival and stay in Phuket. You will be able to reach us for the duration of your vacation through the group chat or by phone from 9 am to 6 pm for any questions you may have or anything you may need. We are always available, smiling, and helpful.
Our driver can pick you up from the airport and bring you directly to the condo (1,200 THB) where we will be waiting for you for the check-in, at any time of the day or night.
Electricity is not included and will be charged separately at 200 THB/day. (The full amount of electricity will be charged at check-in).
