The building is 3 floors apartment, no elevator. It’s in a quiet area of Banchang district. The street in front of the hotel is narrow. The room is clean and spacious. The mattress is good but the pillows are high and hard. The hospitality is good. Having own transportation is a must.

The bed was comfy, and the room was clean, and the hotel is only a 10-minute walk from the local pub scene. I asked to take a taxi, but the company said I would have to wait an hour and a half, so one of the staff members escorted me instead. The employees are very nice.

I spent one night here. The hotel is safe, clean and basic in the Thai way. It is located in a peaceful environment with a parking area. It's handy to have your own transportation because the location is a little out of reach of any restaurants and bars.

I stayed for 6 nights while completing a training program. The apartments are mainly used by people who work in the neighborhood or are staying long. There was no thrill in the room. A large room with a small balcony at the back with a sink. The air conditioning was good, quiet, and powerful. There are not many direct TV channels. A wet room with nice hot water in the bathroom. A hotel with a quiet soi that makes it easy to sleep. It is close to Sukhumvit Road and teach. The mattress we had was awful. I usually can sleep anywhere, but this mattress had a huge dip that it looked like a hippo had slept there. It should have been cleaned a long time ago. There is a communal area downstairs and laundry facilities. Will stay again.Probably not.

This place was so charming and charming from the outside. The staff was really pleasant and friendly. The room seemed quite clean, but the bed ants may have been hanging laundry outside, im not sure. There was an army of ants on the small table in the room too. Nearly everything was nearby. Only a small road with a few stores. Nonetheless, a decent massage shop is located on that road. The neighborhood appeared to be on the wrong side of the tracks after dark. Most of the places had nasty looking dogs chained up in the yard yelling at anyone passing by. The location in the back of the hotel had roosters who were sneezing all day and all night! They arranged for a taxi to transport us to the airport at a reasonable time the following morning at a certain hour. It wasnt a taxi at all because it appeared to be the sister of a staff member or something. A woman dressed in her nightgown picked us up and charged us 300 b for a 10minute trip! revolting! The tank was below empty I'm surprised we made it. The seatbelts didn't function. The woman might have had kids because there were crumbs and a mess in the back and my of had sticky sauce sweet chilli sauce? All over his pants when we arrived at the airport. It's too

We stayed he because of it's proximity to the utm airport. The place was clean and nice enough for the price. The lady that runs it is nice and speaks great english. We only stayed over night, but was nice enough. The drawbacks: Ants in our room, roosters next door going off all day, and there is nothing very close by. We were a little upset about the 300b charge for a 10 minute drive to the airport, but felt we had no other options.
