Our goal is to provide you with a high standard of accommodation together with quality hospitality services and a personal touch to make sure you have the best environment to enjoy your holidays. When you arrive, we will give you a checklist to remind you about the following points: check-in and check-out times (as per our listing), maximum capacity (as per our listing), no smoking inside the room (allowed in the designated smoking area), no illegal activities, respect of the property, respect of the neighbors (no parties, no loud noise after 10 pm)
Other things to note:
- A refunded damage deposit of 10000 THB is requested upon check in. Your deposit will be in full on check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
- Electricity is charged at 8.5 THB/unit (kWh). We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving.
- We provide one bath towel and one pool towel per person, as well as one set of complimentary shampoo and shower gel per bathroom upon check-in. Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis.
- Children are welcome. There is no extra charge for children, until 12 years old, sharing an existing bed.
