Swan is a bright two-bedroom city apartment located on the second floor of Gökmen Residence, Yüksekalan.
It is part of a local residential building, not a hotel or serviced accommodation.
There is no reception, lobby, or on-site staff.
Guests enter the apartment via a self check-in system using a smart lock and a lockbox, allowing arrival without waiting for anyone after check-in time.
👥 Who Swan Is For
The apartment is prepared only for the guests included in the reservation.
In accordance with local regulations, ID/passport details of all guests must be shared in advance.
The apartment is not suitable for hosting visitors or unregistered guests.
⏰ Arrival & Departure
Check-in starts after 15:00
Check-out is by 11:00
Early check-in or late check-out requests must be shared in advance and depend on availability.
These requests may be subject to an additional fee.
Unannounced changes or late departures without approval may result in extra charges.
🔥 Hot Water & Heating
Swan operates with a natural gas combi boiler system.
For safety reasons, the system may be turned off between stays.
If needed, guests may turn it on and adjust hot water or heating settings.

🚭 Inside the Apartment
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
Smoking is permitted only on the balcony.
Indoor smoking may result in an additional cleaning fee.
🤫 Neighborhood & Noise
Swan is located in a residential building with permanent neighbors.
Please be mindful of noise, especially between 23:00 and 08:00.
Parties, gatherings, or loud music are not suitable for this home.
🛏 Sleeping Layout
The apartment offers two separate bedrooms
(one double bed and one king-size bed), exactly as shown in the listing.
Please review the layout to ensure it suits your group.
🧺 Linens & Extras
Towels and bed linens are provided according to the reservation.
Requests for extra bedding must be made before check-in.
Additional items may require an extra charge.
♻️ Before Departure
Trash bins are located outside the building.
Guests are kindly asked to take out the trash and leave the apartment in good condition.
💰 STANDARD FEES & OPTIONAL SERVICES
All services below must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
Early check-in (11:00–15:00): 35 €
(Time may vary depending on availability.)
Late check-out (11:00–13:00): 35 €
Extra linen set: 35 €
Airport transfer: 35 €
Tours & activities: price varies depending on the selected tour
Pet fee: varies depending on the length of stay (only with prior approval)
Extra guest: approximately 15 € per night
Long-term stay additional service fee (30+ nights): For stays of 30 nights or longer, a monthly long-term stay additional service fee applies. This fee starts from €70 and may vary depending on the season, usage intensity, and current operating costs. The final amount will be communicated to the guest at the time of reservation.
Smoking violation fee: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. In case of smoking inside the property, an additional cleaning and deodorization fee may be charged.
Damage or loss: Any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required beyond normal use may result in additional charges.
All fees may vary depending on the season and are stated as minimum starting prices.
