• A Tourism Dirham fee is charged by the Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
• The apartment is registered as a Holiday Home. All guests are required to provide passport copies in advance, in accordance with Dubai regulations.
Security Deposit
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, a refundable security deposit is required for every booking.
Payment Process: The deposit will be collected via a secure online payment link, sent through the platform’s messaging system or WhatsApp.
Refund Timeline: Refunds are initiated within 48 hours after check-out. While the amount typically reflects in your bank account within 7 days, processing times may vary depending on your bank.
