Perfect location. We stayed in Suite 8. Great sea views. The apartment was lovely and it was a real bonus it was ready a few hours early. Just a few yards to the beach!! The Ship Inn is really welcoming with great food. Also had fish and chips by the beach. Will definitely return.

Booked to stay here for the night as it was near Rhossili Bay. Accommodation was lovely, as described & couldn't ask for anything more. Despite it being a "budget" room, there was nothing budget about it. Port Eynon itself is a lovely little village. The Ship Inn do good food & The Smugglers Bar has more of a beach feel to it, 80's tunes & cocktails. Would not hesitate to go back.

Fantastic location. I had suite 4, which is at the back of the property; lovely apartment, with all amenities you need (coffee machine & ground coffee 😊); very comfortable bed; highly recommend 👍👌

Thank you SO much for such a wonderful stay! We were really impressed and loved every aspect of the place. We were welcomed and made to feel comfortable with clear instructions on how to contact the owner in an emergency. The apartment was well equipped and very stylish with lots of great extras, making our stay that bit more enjoyable. We will definitely be returning very soon!! Recommend to any couple looking for a quiet getaway.

Arrival was very easy; self check-in. Location fabulous, short stroll across the dunes to the sea which is stunning. We sadly had the side smaller apartment but as we were only there one night it didn't matter too much; such a comfy bed, comfy sofa area with decent sized telly, excellent cooking facilities. All you could need for a decent stay is there (except a hair dryer unless it was hidden well!). We will certainly return here for a decent stay and probably pay the extra to have a sea view apartment next time.

Great place to stay late in the day. We stayed in suite 1 with our dog. Everything is there. It is small, but everything is there. Very clean. It's nice to have some coffee, tea, milk and coffee on hand when you arrive. Bed was comfy. There was just enough space in the closet to hang clothing. A drawer or basket for small children would be useful. The area was perfect, above the sand dunes to the beach and just up the road to the pub where dogs are welcome and the food is good. It's so nice to hear the sea as you walk across the parking lot.

The Culver House hotel is very near to the expansive port non-seashore and is ideal for all-day walks of any length. The hotel suites are peaceful, cozy, spacious, well-appointed with stylish furnishings and equipment, and always tidy. The proprietors, Mark and Sue, are friendly, helpful, and quick to respond, and the booking process is easy, clear, and well-managed. The hotels own website is incredibly helpful. My wife and I have had numerous wonderful visits here as a couple or in the company of one or more of our young grandchildren.

A well-appointed apartment in a great location with a terrace overlooking the bay. Bring everything necessary for cleaning, it's all available. Great for dog walks in the dunes below. The village has an acceptable pub and cafe.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay here and would strongly recommend it. This property has absolutely no negative sides. On every level, I absolutely cannot criticize it. The first thing to mention is that it is not a hotel in the traditional sense, so don't expect a reception, bar, or other amenities. However, it is within walking distance of two excellent pubs, and the proprietors are only a phone call away and live next door. Excellent location, right on the beach, and perfectly situated as a starting point for numerous excellent walks. This is by far the cleanest lodging I have ever stayed in. It was immaculate. The hosts were welcoming and helpful. The facilities were fantastic. They had not only provided the basics, but also made a lot of effort to anticipate customers needs. Plenty of fresh coffee, milk, all toiletries, and even a torch on the apartment keying, which came in handy when walking to and from the pub. The beds were very comfortable, and heating was always accessible. In November, we were here in strong winds and had no trouble staying warm. The kitchen had everything we required, and there were plenty of cutlery, crockery, and cooking utensils.

This place is wonderful, with a wonderful setting for hiking, biking, and water sports. The place was great for kids because there was no traffic and the access to the beach was simple. There are also good pubs nearby, and the atmosphere is a very pleasant one.

Culver House is in such a perfect position for a few days away or even a week in the warmth. The apartments have all you need and were clean with fluffy towels. The wonderful part, you are just a few steps away from the dunes and beach and only a few steps away from the local pub. The owners are warm and welcoming. Just what we needed after being cooped up for so long!
