I originally approached paul at deny over a year ago as a location for my brothers stag party. He was more than accommodating with his only request to reserve the entire property to not disturb other vacationers. It's a fairly reasonable request and worked out great because we had the entire place to ourselves and didn't have to worry too much about noise, etc. The facilities are spotless! All the kids were impressed. There is no complaint. Even in the winter, and with a bit of rain and snow, the central grilling area was wonderful and kept us all warm all weekend. We loved it so much and Paul was so helpful that we will make this an annual trip. We had our own entertainment and cooked ourselves, so we didn't go out anywhere local. According to the type of cabin you book, there are plenty of cooking amenities, but takeaways also deliver here, so don't worry.

On the way to the New York City 500, we came across this place. What a fantastic location and a dog-friendly accommodation. We were able to have a bliss fire pit in the evening and see some amazing stars. The animals on-site are great, and it is so safe and secure. We will be back thank you for the bliss breakfast as well.

This hotel is in the location of the NEC 500. I stayed in a whiskey barrel and it was quite cozy, despite being somewhat cramped. I had to open the door during the evening as there are no windows and even without heating, the accommodation was hot very quickly.

I will definitely be back. My partner and I cannot rate this location highly enough. We spent two nights in the Auld rookie. The location was spotless, nice comfortable bed, charming tiny kitchen and living room, and beautiful bathroom. We spent most of our time outside in the hot tub, taking in the stunning views around us. We went on a little wander, and there seems to be plenty to suit all families, a lovely little park, a charming bungalow area, and plenty of animals! Pigs are my favorite animal! Pleasant and peaceful too! The owners were charming and delivered a wonderful little breakfast, complete with everything you could possibly need for a wonderful, child-free weekend!

After a week of traveling around skye, some nc 500 in a motorhome, and being let down badly by the sang sands camping, we needed a proper bed to sleep in because we were done in by this point. Thankfully, my wife was able to get us into the servants quarters at negation clamping courtesy of a last minute cancellation and what an absolute joy it was. Not only was the lodging spot on, but the hosts Paul claire were a pleasure to meet. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys, you can tell that they love what they do and put their soul into the place. Everything you need is there, and the place was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and there was enough space for 4 adults to move around. This combined with the huge outdoor space and the menagerie of animals children would love it, make it a wonderful place not only to stop off but also to stay even longer. I hope one day we will.
