Identification: Guests may be required to provide a valid ID for every person aged 18 and above staying in the apartment upon the host’s request.

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of GBP 1000 is required before check-in. The deposit will be refunded within 30 working days after the end of the stay. Please note that we are not responsible for foreign exchange rate differences or transfer fees. The refunded amount will match the exact amount received in our account.

Smoking and Substance Policy: Smoking and the use or possession of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in the apartment and in all communal areas. Any violation may result in eviction, legal action, and a fine of GBP 1000. If smoking outside, please remain several meters away from the building and dispose of cigarettes properly.

Check-out: Check-out time is strictly by 10:00 AM. Any unauthorized late stay will incur a charge of GBP 50 per hour to cover cleaning and administrative costs.

Visitors: Escort activities are strictly prohibited. Outside visitors are not allowed during the stay.

Call-out Fees: A fee of GBP 200 will apply if management is required to open the door due to lost or forgotten keys.

Lost Property: If guests leave belongings behind and require assistance to retrieve them, a fee of GBP 500 will be charged to cover the time and resources involved.

Occupancy: The apartment is intended for business travelers, overseas visitors, or short-term stays only, with a maximum stay limit of 90 days per year.

Liability: Management accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, or for any accidents or injuries that may occur on the property.
