If this was not followed, a fee will be charged-Standard Late Checkout Fee will be charged for approved late check-outs.-If a guest provides short notice for a late check-out or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed due to the guest's continued presence, a fee per hour will be incurred until departure, in addition to the cleaning fee.-The refundable damage deposit will be returned within 7 days of your departure, minus £3 admin fee, upon a successful property inspection.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
