We operate CCTV which continuously records in the property by the entrance for the safety of our guests and the property.

All reservations are subject to an ID check, all ID must be uploaded to our internal system Duve, ID submitted must include Name, address, date of birth any ID submitted not including those will be decline and possible cancellation of your reservation.

We do not accept guests from the same city as the listing, if you are from the same city you will be requested to cancel we wont cancel it for you.

There is 1 clean at the end of your stay if you require any additional cleaning you will need to pay another cleaning fee for this fo ahead.

Damage deposits - We charge a £250 damage deposit outside of agoda via our system called DUVE this need to be paid on your pre check in link 24 hours prior to arrival failure to do this will result in your check in details not been released.
