- For bookings with check-in dates from Jan 1st - Jul 12th and Aug 29th - Dec 31st, this property can only accept students. After completing your booking, you will be required to submit a Student ID, Letter of Enrolment, and/or Acceptance Letter, along with basic information for verification via the guest portal. This must be submitted before checking into the property.

- For bookings with check-in dates between July 13th - Aug 28th, non-student guests can also be accommodated. A standard government-issued ID will be required for verification purposes.

- Please note that this property is a Student accommodation, designed primarily for students. Non-student guests are welcome only during the summer period (July 13th – August 28th) If you’re unsure about your eligibility or booking dates, please reach out to confirm availability before reserving.

- We cannot accommodate guests under the age of 18 due to building planning permissions. If you arrive with any guest under 18, we will be unable to complete the check-in, and the booking may be cancelled in line with policy.

- All photos, floor plans, and descriptions are provided for illustrative and indicative purposes only.

- The actual allocated unit may vary slightly depending on its position within the building.
