Good place to stay, very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent - in the center of Glasgow, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the room was very comfortable. We stayed here for christmas and had a wonderful time. Everything is very practical including the discount parking by the hotel. Good small incentive.

This place is not recommended. We stayed here for one night in town. Great location and nice room. Delicious breakfast and very affordable. The employees were rude and unfriendly. We arrived at 1 am and asked to store two small children's cases before check-in and the staff member, called, declined. The staff also didn't look up or smile, and were undoubtedly not friendly or warm. The staff let this place down.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Premier inn on it enoch center. I haven't stayed in another hotel besides Premier inns in the last ten years since I was there for the first time. They are reliable, convenient, and comfortable, and I have never encountered an unhelpful staff member. This Premier inn lived up to the Premier inn's name and was ideal for what my daughter and I wanted to do in Glasgow.

Great value for money,however shower doesn’t work great and is leaking,the mattress on the double bed has button like things protruding,and the noise from the deliveries outside is a nightmare.

I reserved an apartment in St George's square, only to be told at the last minute that apt had no heat and I would be staying about a mile from St George's square. I was still charged the same price, but really should have received a discount since it was not in the city center. There was construction all around the apartment and it was very noisy. The apartment itself was okay, nice amenities and the fellow who met me was very pleasant.

This hotel is NOT as advertised. The photo provided by the hotel is fake. The photo is of a bedroom that looks very luxurious, with plush bedding. This bed had 1 bottom sheet, a limp duvet, and old pillows. I have never removed bedding from a hotel bed to check for bugs, but I did here (and just found a stained mattress). The suite was more like a dorm room rather than the luxurious suite pictured. The hallway up to the suite had a very old, musty unpleasant smell. The odour was slightly better inside the suite but not by much. The air conditioner did not work and was half hanging off the wall. Some of the blinds were broken. There was black electrical tape used between wood floor and tile going into bathroom. Every morning, outside the suite it was very noisy with birds fighting over garbage, starting at around 4:30 am. Do not book this suite, if you think it will look like the photos.
