I found the stay very convient for travelling to heathrow the next day, there are free buses every 7minutes outside. The rooms pretty standard but ideal if you need somewhere close to stay. It had cooking facilities,microwave and a fridge which i found handy. I would definetly stay there again but personally id take ear plugs as your likely to have other travellers leaving at various times which is to be expected next to the airport.

Easy access to airport...free public transport. Good communication with host. Room was a bit basic..could have used another plug socket and would have much liked a TV and a hook on the door to hang clothes Whole property was clean especially the kitchen.

Convenient, I had one of the downstairs rear bedrooms. Useful to have a door into garden area. Kitchen facilities ideal for short stays. Minor point was inability to get shower to cool down from molten lava setting.

REALLY GOOD THINGS: Clean & Comfortable. Everything worked. Very easy to get into property via key codes on front door & bedroom door. Chosen for its great price (£43 for room) and its nearness to Heathrow airport (5 min taxi or shuttle ride) and Heathrow car hire outlets (8 min walk via pedestrian cut through or 4 min by taxi) as our flight arrived at night when car hire outlets were closed (10pm-6am). The airport & car hire sites were clearly visible from property. We just needed a place to sleep, bath/shower and make a hot drink & microwave food etc - all possible (but must bring own food & drink). And though no staff in site (that we saw) a 24/7 phone number issued immediately after booking and was manned by very helpful staff re any problems or queries. And the option to cancel the booking free of charge up to 24 hours before (if you don’t like their answer to any question you might have or your travel plans change). OK THINGS: Compact room but good storage space. Shared (clean) kitchen with large fridge, microwave, kettle & toaster. Plus glasses, crockery & cutlery provided. LESS GOOD THINGS: Only 1 towel provided (we suspect this was accidental). The finish/decor was basic. Only 3 bedrooms on ground floor (no’s 1-3) so luggage has to be carried by you up a normal family home size stair case to all other Roos. The shuttle service cost £35 (but taxis available). Would have preferred access to phone number before we booked. ALL SAID WOULD DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN!

It was easy to find and next to local shops so easy to get groceries. Very close to Heathrow great for easy cheap overnight stay. Only shared kitchen facilities and seating area and very thin walls. The blinds were broken and there were Old cobwebs in the bathroom, but the staff were nice and the tv worked and it was comfortable for a quick stopover. Very easy contactless check in and out.

It wasn’t great! The heating was stuck on and it was too hot and so we had to have windows open and listen to aeroplanes taking off and landing. There was no shower gel, only hand wash where it should have been, the ironing board had come off of the wall and was being kept in the cupboard with massive sharp screws sticking out of it… We called customer service for some advise with parking and they said they would call us back but didnt…. Should have paid an extra tenner and stayed at the premier inn.

Location vis-a-vis airport was good. Communication about check-in was terrible (received a doc I couldn't open and then could not communicate with any living human until late the evening of check-in - almost had to re-book elsewhere). Bed was truly terrible, shower didn't work, no bath mat.

My partner and I are usually in need of a place with a full kitchen or some semblance to a kitchen when we travel. We thought the guest house would be a good alternative to the apart-hotels. We were wrong. While we got plenty of privacy, we got virtually no assistance when it was needed. The kitchen was ill equipped and no grocery store near, so delivered grocery and take put was necessary. The managers that were supposedly onsite, never showed, the customer service number changed during our stay and no one can br contacted after 10pm for anything. Housekeeping offered service after we had stayed 7 days (yet the toilet paper needed to be refilled) and they didnt sprak English, so attempting to gey anything from them was a task. The customer service was terrible.
