Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable with a friendly greeting and caring hospitality. Nick did not meet this time, but there is always another visit because if we visit Ilfracombe once more, we will most definitely try to stay at the Grosvenor Hotel. Lovely Victorian home, beautifully restored and tastefully furnished, and conveniently located near the sea, harbor, and high-end stores. Very comfortable and tidy room with a great shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with many choices selected the previous night, freshly prepared and served by andrew in the lovely dining area. Parking on the property was very convenient, and knowing that after being out for the day, we had a place to come back to.

I was surprised by Martin and Nick's dedication to making sure your stay was wonderful from arrival to departure. The room is large, and well-decorated. In all my years of traveling. I've never stayed in a place so clean as this.

We would recommend staying here and will definitely make a reservation again when we return to Ilfracombe. Just got back from a two-night stay at this lovely I and I and the very friendly hosts andrew and Nick made us feel at home from the minute we arrived. Our room was spacious and immaculate, with a very comfortable bed, which was a bonus because my husband has a bad back. The breakfast selection was good and nicely cooked, thank you andrew.

We were delighted when we arrived and will undoubtedly return. We had a fantastic three-night stay at grosvenor house. What a delight! It's always a plus in Ilfracombe to have onsite parking. Andrew and Nick, the hosts, are incredibly welcoming, warm, and helpful. The rooms are fantastic, lovely, spotless, and furnished with a lovely, cozy mattress. The breakfast is excellent. From a menu that you have already chosen the evening before, you can select whatever you prefer. Nick was incredibly helpful in providing recommendations if you wanted to know where to eat or where to go on walks. The room includes milk, tea, coffee, and water. Although a little fridge with fresh milk is located outside on the landing. When we arrived, nick welcomed us and gave us everything we could about the property and showed us to our room. During our time there, nick purchased us coffee and cookies, which was a lovely touch. Both my husband and I couldn't agree more, and we will do it to all our friends and family.
