A deposit of GBP 100 is required, payable by card, at check-in, refundable within 14 days of check-out.
A surcharge applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. A charge of GBP 20 applies for arrivals before 04:00 PM and between 08:00 - 11:00 PM. A charge of GBP 50 applies for arrivals after 11:00 PM. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
All additional persons, exceeding the room capacity, of any age, will be chargeable at GBP 25 per night, regardless of whether they require an extra bed. All additional persons, exceeding the room capacity, of any age, who use communal facilities but do not stay the night will be chargeable at GBP 10 per day.
All Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Any criminal or illegal activities (including tampering with the fire/smoke alarm system) undertaken by the guest, on the premises, will be reported to the local authorities and the entire deposit will be forfeited.
Any excess rubbish (larger than the size of the dustbin) left in the room will be charged GBP 5 per day for disposal.
Daily cleaning service is available for an additional GBP 10 per night. Guests may request this at or before check-in.
Guests are requested to provide an estimated time of arrival when booking or at least two hours before check-in, in order to avoid delays in check-in.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
Guests may use all communal facilities, including the kitchen and laundry services for £20/night. The kitchen is for light use only as it is shared with other guests. The kitchen and laundry will not be available to guests from 14.00h to 17.00h daily, as they are cleaned during this period
The property accepts cash, and all major credit cards as well as bank transfers and online payment methods.
The property does not offer luggage storage. Guests that wish to leave luggage at the property before 04:00 PM will be charged a fee of GBP 10.
There is a mandatory charge of GBP 10/person/night for towels, bedding and linen, which are not included in the price paid, and is payable at check-in.
Vans will not be able to park outside the guest house, and must park at the nearby crossroads. Guests who park on the drive will be charged GBP 10 night.
