needed a well needed rest after a busy year.After a long search of hotels around york we found this beautiful cottage just outside york,and needless to say it was just what we needed.lovely cottaged estate.we booked the 3 bedroomed cottage,fairview i think it was called.beautiful inside and out.no expense spared on the inside,very relaxing.we are already thinking about booking next year.would highly recommend.

What an absolute gem of a find. We had a 2 bedroom cottage. Really well done out with everything you need. Beautifully furnished with no expense spared, all top quality from very comfy beds, bed linen, fluffy towels etc. Well equipped kitchen. Was met by the lovely owner on arrival. Just a few miles from the attractions of York with a choice of Park and Ride nearby and nice pubs with lovely food.Would definitely visit again.

The photos do not accurately depict the location on the actual site. We've arrived somewhere for the first time in years, but what I see here is different. Queen-size beds, stunning linens, and towels, wonderful welcome food box, and really clean, and wonderful and helpful owner. We had enough space for 1 dog and 4 people in our cottage. Lovely landscapes with secure gates and fences make outdoor spaces very well-kept, and everything you need is covered in lovely colours, so you will never have to worry about a pet get out and try everything you want in the room. I've cannot recommend it enough.

This place is our final destination when we come back. We stayed in the cottage because it was spotlessly clean and nicely furnished with a lovely design. The condition was so clean and great, and the view from the cottage was great. I like how clean the room was and feels comfortable. We were traveling with our adult children, so it was nice to have a separate bedroom in each room. One of them has a dog, and the exercise area was perfect for that too.

Excellent place, lodging, and guests! Our initial vacation since the lockdown was completed, and it met the doctor's instructions. Beautiful surroundings, helpful and considerate hosts Linda and Elaine, and 100 dogs. Our four nights in a cozy cottage were spent there. It was spotless, spotless, and fully furnished with all the conveniences you would need in a home away from home, including a small welcome pack of bread, milk, and butter. Since we weren't sure what would be open nearby due to the pandemic, we planned and packed for meals, and the fully equipped kitchen didn't disappoint. The gorgeous gated courtyard garden had a bbq and dining area. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't on our side, but it was nice to have an outlet and a place to sit and relax outdoors. The cottage lived up to its name, it was really cozy, with two large sofas to snuggle up on and a spacious comfortable bed, it is so quiet and peaceful that you can easily fall asleep. The dog, Bertie, was also really enjoyed her stay, and was given her own mat and bowl. She adored running and playing with his rudy resident dog, and she especially enjoyed running in the paddock around the farm. We also walked from holy into Huntington minutes to the Cross Keys pub one evening for a cheeky drink. It was

I can't recommend the Owl Cottage and the Holy Range Cottages enough. They are in a perfect location, about 4 miles from York, with excellent routes to the east coast for a day out by sea. The cottage itself is really high quality and quite comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a three-course meal! We enjoyed days out and a peaceful night spent in front of the fire. We enjoyed this vacation so much that we are planning to book again for next year. Lindsay and the team have been really helpful, particularly considering the current pandemic. Due to lockdown, we had to postpone our trip a few times, and lindsay was very helpful and made it simple. I cannot recommend it enough. Look no further and book a room here!.

Stayed at the cozy cottage for a week. Beautiful, clean, very well-appointed cottage. on the outskirts of a charming village. Very tranquil. It is very comfortable and well-equipped. Ideal for visiting York since the park ride is only about 4 miles away. Furthermore, Macarthur Grange is nearby. Wellington Air Museum is about 5 miles away. We would definitely recommend it. Although dogs are permitted, there was no evidence of dog hairs.
