We stayed in a sage cottage and it was lovely! There is plenty of room if you reserve 6 people for the pool table, which was a nice way to relax. We had to call the staff several times, and they were always very helpful. It's so peaceful, as the lake has a lovely perspective. After reading some of the reviews about neighbors' noise, I was a little concerned, but it wasn't too terrible You can hear their music or when they were getting quite loud, but if we were upstairs, we couldn't hear them. Every afternoon, hot tub maintenance came.

We stayed in one of the houses that are very modern and clean, and we feel comfortable. The hot tub was very warm when we arrived and was checked daily by the staff. It also had a lovely view over the lake. Definitely will be back.

We've been to home farm park three times before, and three times in the lavender converted barn. We stayed here last July, once more with friends and this time with family, in December. Three bedrooms and a mezzanine area with a sofa bed are present. A lovely greeting note and fruit loaf were delivered when we arrived this time. The pool table is fantastic, as were some games. All of the en suite bathrooms are clean, well-stocked with all of the kitchen essentials you'll need, and there is hand wash and shower gel in each. We've been able to relax on the patio this time since the weather has shifted again. A table outside the front in the courtyard is also fantastic to sit in the early hours of the day. As you enter the grounds, they're constructing a reception shop that appears to be quite large. You may also have just been granted permission to build three additional cottages, which would be stunning, as it appears. There is no home farm park's amenities, so if you want to stay there for a weekend, I don't mind using the hangers provided, for one week you'll need more space for clothing, etc. Although I've read some reviews about the noise from other properties nearby, this has not affected us while we have been there. In addition, there was no odor, as I've stated. When

I booked four nights at sage cottage at the end of March, and for the price we paid 425 for 4 nights, I was very happy, I don't think I would have been happy if I paid the peak season prices but for what we paid I was happy, I do not think I would have been so happy if I paid the peak season prices but for what we paid I was happy, the barn is big lots of space and the decor is nice. Each bathroom has a lovely en suite bathroom with the master bathroom with a large freestanding bath, hot tub outside on the first floor, pool table in the living area on the ground floor, and donkeys across from sage cottage which the kids love. Noise, I had read about there being problems with soundproofing and being able to hear everything from the neighboring barn, and I had read on review replies that this had been sorted well all I can say is if it was sorted how terrible it was before because you can hear everything, theres a locked door in the kitchen living area which I assume is open for larger parties to use both sage and rosemary but it's literally like the neighbors are in your barn too. Thank goodness when we stayed the neighbours weren't too rowdy but if we had an all-adult party next door while we were having a family holiday it would have been
