I had a great time staying at the King street townhouse while visiting the city because of its nearby cabaret bar. The staff at this hotel are friendly, the bar and restaurant staff are very friendly. They also have sanitizer and jugs on the roof. We were staying here on thursday night, but it was quite busy on that day, so we had to go first thing in the morning. There is niggle room for improvement, such as doublechecking all electricals as some things in our room didnt work. It didn't detract from my stay and would definitely stay again. Unfortunately, i didn

I would definitely return here and will most certainly stay here again at some point. Came for a drink here the first time ive been there, great location easy to find, luxurious interiors with cosy, cozy feel. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and the service is impeccable.

I went for afternoon tea with my daughter and granddaughter. It was wonderful. The service was outstanding without being intrusive, and the quantity and variety of sandwiches and cakes were ideal. There are several small, more intimate rooms and areas that make the atmosphere cozy and comfortable, as well as a topfloor outdoor area where you can relax and have supper after your meal or at night while looking out over the city. This large building has six levels and includes accommodations, receptacles, function rooms, spas etc.

This place is highly recommended. The rooms are excellent for the price paid. They should probably be charging more to stay here! It almost seemed out of my depth. A 10 outof 10. A spa with an infinity pool is a must. Very soothing. There are also many little extras that go besides the usual. Amazing air conditioning. Comfy beds ever. Staff are very good. I will recommend this place to everyone i know.

I stayed in a cozy room before an early flight. The hotel was lovely and the room was very comfortable. Roof top pool was great and im sure it will be even better once the town hall is out of scaffolding! When we came, the steam room next to the pool wasnt working, but you can pay extra to use the new spa next door. Checkin was sluggish as was the one lift.

I was called in for a few cocktails. Friendly, pleasant, and helpful staff. The atmosphere is relaxed and the surroundings are luxurious. Ive been there before, but the most wonderful wedding and reception was the last time i was able to be compared to this one.

I had a wonderful time with my partner and myself, and while we were there, we couldnt say anything negative. The accommodations were roomy, spotless, the cuisine was excellent, as was the pool. Unfortunately, when we left, my lamb teddy bear was under the duvet, which we only discovered on the train home. I decided it was best to get in touch with the hotel and arrange for them to pick it up or pay whatever shipping costs were required to return her because i was aware she was completely under that duvel in the room. It hasnt been located after contacting the motel. She was still in front of the washing machine, but ive not been reached since, so perhaps ill be wishful thinking. As compared to my previous contacts, he may have been contacted too soon, however, she wasnt in contact with me since then, thus maybe if reuniting with him, im upset that it came as snatched from me. If she has since been found, would be delighted unless mr. Affable person could be reached so that they may be retrieved. So, who might be concerned about this? Id be very grateful and will update my fivestar review based on this.

Overall, we had a great time and will definitely be back. My girlfriend and i stayed here, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Leah was outstanding in setting up the birthday decorations and offering helpful advice on what to do. When my girlfriend opened the door, she was incredibly impressed with balloons, tastier brownies with congratulating birthday messages on the plate, as well as the radio playing! The room was lovely and spotless, just as was the rest of the hotel. We didnt get to use the bar or restaurant, so we cant comment on food and drinks, but the heated infinity pool is enticing touch, along with the hotels ideal location. Since we were the only two people in the infini pool area, it was fantastic that we all had it to ourselves during its quieter times. I believe weekends are very busy here. The only drawback is that parking is out of our hands, which ive appreciated. Our parking lot was Q-Park piazza, the closest offstreet parking area close to it, about ten to fifteen minutes walk away. Its fine when the weather is nice, however, when you have luggage and its -5 deg pouring rain, prepare yourself. Additionally, for roughly 24 hours of parking, they charged us ps 32.

We reserved the mezzanine room for a family meal, and it was fantastic. Really great private space with plenty of space for the ten of us. The food and drink service was also excellent, the dry aged ribeye steak was delicious.

Our stay was made very pleasant by viki, who went above and beyond what we had asked for. I had requested a cake to be made for my partners birthday, and the outcome was outstanding. This hotel is among the best weve ever stayed at, with exceptional attention to detail. The rooftop pool was fantastic!.

Our time here was fantastic. The room we stayed in was excellent, it was a very good size, had lovely furnishings / tv, coffee machine, minibar, and incredibly spacious bathrooms with separate baths and rainfall showers. Although the staff was extremely professional, they were also laid back and welcoming. Even though it is only small and can get busy at times and may accommodate around 8 people at ie, the infinity pool is well worth visiting and is best visited first thing in the morning or early in your day, with great views from the pool. Because the hotel is close to the town hall, its location is also excellent. I would unquestionably suggest staying here.

The hotel is amazing. My boyfriend and i had an unforgettable experience. I want to thank the entire staff, especially leah. She worked with my boyfriend on a surprise proposal and it was so perfect and beautifully prepared. The food was delicious, drinks, atmosphere etc. They made my birthday and proposal very special. Cant wait to go back. Thank you!.

The hotel and spas service truly impressed me. All the staff members we spoke with treated us with great kindness and were extremely helpful with any requests we had. The hotels and resorts details are truly opulent they truly thought of everything! We had room service for breakfast and dinner, both of which were very large and of very high quality. Ive given 4 stars because i did feel that after my treatment at the spa, espa products gave me a little sales pitch. After explaining that ive been flying and cant take liquids, he explained that it was fine, but if ill give him something, then ok. But despite my soothing massage, someone trying to sell me something right away. Although the employees were all lovely, im aware that this was not the decision of the management and that the entire staff was wonderful.

The hotel is in a great location in manchester. The decor is beautiful and the staff are helpful, friendly and smiley. There is t he bar has s plethora of cocktails, some of which can be made vegan. I highly recommend staying or visiting here. We also did id like to visit the hidden cinema which is very good.

We booked a package at the spa and had savored it. The staff was quick to fix the error. My massage was done by zara and it was fantastic. She is credited to the company! The salmon dish was delicious, but there was only one vegetarian option, which was disappointing few beets with cream cheese. It was tasty but not id classify it as opulent starter. Desserts were also very nice. Hot rooms and thermal spa were lovely and comfortable, perfect for reading penned books.

I went to meet my family. The drinks were very expensive and there was no hotel parking so it was either on the street for a few hours or drive to the multistory car park. Nice inside but i feel tattered with the style of decor.

4.6/525 Apr 2024

Ive stayed at kst several times and it is beautiful. This time i remained in room 20. Access to the bedroom via the bathroom is unusual! Beautiful toiletries and linens. The bed frame is not ideal. Many bruises were acquired! Also, the radio wasnt there! It was always a nice touch to be welcomed by the Roberts radio.

For my birthday, we stayed here. The room was lovely, with a nice bath and the biggest rainfall shower ive ever seen! They gave me i s tamped he birthday treat, which was opulent, but if ill have liked booze, hey, some of the staff were naive. But some were friendly, and we had some good conversations with the greek bartender in the evening. I had mr. At the spa, where yearned, that felt like it was tailored to my preferences, plus the area was really cool. We also had drinks at the bar that were very expensive but delicious. Overall, im thinking its all priced, however, its still worth it unless you want reunification in manchester.
