Safe, clean, comfortable, that's what they are This property in particular is actually finely located 100m from Kings Cross station from which you can move easily everywhere in London Definitely the best option if you want to live London as a Local

Super appartement situé à 2 pas de la gare d’arrivée de l’eurostar. La rue est assez calme (quelques personnes avinées crient parfois mais c’est rare) . Très pratique pour les bagages. Il manquerait juste un système pour consigner les bagages sur place. On doit hélas payer à la gare si on souhaite les y laisser pour qq heures...

Flat is close to Kings Cross with access to Eurostar and all local transportation. The flat has been newly renovated and it has the best shower in London. In addition there is a coin operated washer and dryer in the building. I will definitely book it again

The room I got was on the 4th floor, this building has no lift so it’s quite a work out, but it does has a great view of St. Pancras station. The property is very clean and take care of, laundry is available but you must pay £1 to use. The room was very clean and organized, and perfect for one or two people. The only thing I didn’t like is the windows in the bathroom, people from across the street could see inside the bathroom and I found no way to cover the window. The location of this apartment is probably the best in the city, it’s a 5 minute walk to King Cross/ST. Pancras, you have multiple food choices available just crossing the street. Overall all a great experience.

A lovely 1 bedroom apartment with separate kitchen/dining/living area. Very clean and comfortable apartment with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the building, iron & ironing board in apartment. No reception so check-in done through email, with keypad door entry system to the building. Helpful staff through email. Although opposite Kings Cross Train Station Apartment is in a quiet area. Highly recommended, hope to stay again.

Great value for your money. The only comment would be their weak wifi signal and lack of room cleaning if you're staying for less than 7 days. Also there are some undesirables that loiter outside the street but they're pretty much harmless, just noisy sometimes. If you get the 1br flat you'll hear nothing in the We used the kitchennette and living area a lot. There's lots of places to eat outside and we often found ourselves buying takeout and eating at home. The proximity to King's Cross station is a major plus! Would give this place 20 stars if I could.

The location is fantastic, and the information you get in advance about your visit is fantastic, but I wouldn't advise staying here during the warmer months. This location almost served as our kitchen. The apartment itself was small but very clean, with decent-quality Ikea kitchenware. As we were on the est level, it was also peaceful enough. Yet, the comfort or lack thereof was what most affected our stay. There is no air conditioning, but they did provide a fan, which pushed sauna-like air around the room a little more slowly. Even with the windows completely open, it still felt like a furnace throughout the day and night. The bed, or maybe better explained as a brick with legs, was present. It was rock solid, smaller than a double, and quite uncomfortable to lie on. For us to be able to move around for the remainder of the day each morning, breakfast had to include ibuprofen. Also, the pillows seemed to be made of old cotton balls thrown into sacks that moved around as you put your roasting head down onto them. I'm relieved to be able to return home. It's disappointing that air conditioning and a real mattress could make this location a great place to stay.
