The hosts are great and nothing is too much trouble. There is a great car park and the hotel is ideally located for everything Llandudno has to offer. Our room was spotlessly clean with everything required for a comfortable stay. There is a comprehensive breakfast menu with something for everyone. The breakfasts were perfectly cooked and the coffee was great. The lounge was great for relaxing with our friends after exploring Llandudno. The hotel bar is well stocked with quality bottled beer, cider and lager, wine and spirits at very reasonable rates. Highly Recommended

Our stay was lovely. Dan and Wei were great and the establishment was ideal to walk into town. Our room had everything that was required and Dan did mention that the next time we go, which we will, to book a bigger room. Lounge, bar and dining area very spacious. Breakfast was again excellent with huge choice....put us up for the day !! Car park right next door which was roomy and secure. Outside you could also sit on the patio - plenty of seats. Everything kept clean. All staff polite. Definitely go again !!

Really nice hotel with very welcoming owners. We had a very nice & relaxing stay. The hotel offers parking on site which was a bonus and the location of the hotel is very close to all the town amities but in a quiet location. The rooms are very nicely decorated with comfortable beds, pillows & bedding. Each room has tea/coffee/hot chocolate & biscuits for your bed time brew or 1st cuppa of the day & bottled water. Our room had a shower room where soap, body wash, shampoo & conditioner was provided and relaxed when used, our room also had a mini fridge. They also offer a fully stocked bar and an excellent breakfast with enough choice to satisfy everyone. We would definitely stay again & recommended to friends & family.

What an amazing place. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and at home By Dan and she was so helpful and lovely. Food was brilliant and room was clean tidy well kept with modern en-suite and excellent views of the mountains. Had a 3 night stay and will definitely be visiting again very soon.

We stayed in lansdowne from 11th april to 13th , breakfast was really lovely cooked to perfection , great choice good portions served fresh and hot , The room was a fabulous size everything very clean bedding , towels very clean no noise at night blackout curtains, radiators working well only needed on for a short while one evening the owners were so lovely and accomadating we will definitely return

Excellent breakfast, well presented with good choice, lovely owners, nothing too much trouble. Everything was top class in every aspect. Decor, dining room, bedroom. Coffee/tea etc was always replenished without asking. They had really thought everything out to please guests. This hotel was in easy walking distant to all facilities. Could not fault it. The nicest hotel we had ever stayed in.

Free Parking within hotel grounds was great. Plenty of spaces and able to park prior check-in and for a few hours after check-out. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Breakfast choice was excellent . Good choice of cereals, fruit, yoghurt , juices and cooked options. Decor was very classic Edwardian style. The dinning room/bar and adjacent lounge were very comfy and tasteful. We stayed in the superior double room on the 2nd floor. Room was a good size with a two seater couch facing a window with Mountain View’s and a glimpse of the sea. King bed was comfy and warm. Tea coffee biscuits and small fridge also in room. Had a wonderful stay and will definitely be returning.

Oh my life I cannot recommend this property enough. From easy to park, amazing breakfast, clean room, comfy, attention to detail. Hot chocolate, tea, coffee, bottles of water, biscoff biscuits and even a chocolate each before bed. Soft fluffy towels. Lovely warm shower. There was a lovely bar downstairs which were the same price as the local pubs. Staff very attentive and yet not intrusive. I cannot highly recommend enough. Contact the owners on their own website for anything, they are willing to help. Massive thank you. Great weekend
