The hotel is in a prime location for the fast trains into London. It was crucial that the hotel position be close to the theaters location because the reservation was part of twilight weekend. Weve stayed here before and have always had dreadful nights sleep! The staff is really helpful and kind. The rooms are reasonably priced and there is free parking, which is genuinely gratifying.

This place is excellent and quiet considering its location. Very pleasant manager marjan. The restaurant staff is friendly. Breakfast was delicious indeed. Buffetstyle but with a nice selection. Parking is not available on site, but it is easily accessible in secluded parking. Rooms are basic but clean and wellappointed. Bathroom spotless. View from room pretty bad towards the back of ainsburys, however at the end of the day this is merely tastier than dr. Dorchester, this hotel is for you if youre looking for upscale, comfortable, and clean accommodation.

Premier inn is a typical hotel that is clean and comfortable, but what really sets it apart is the customer service and the food. I recently stayed there for four weeks while working in the area and all the staff were great. Very attentive and friendly at all times and i especially like the chef. He seemed to be working all day, he was there in morning doing breakfast and again in evening doing dinner and always had supper and smiled at me. Really nice guy, thought if mr. Polish but genuinely brazilian. The chicken wings and pork ribs are amazing, we had them every night for the entire time ive been there and even though the menu is limited, every main dish eve cooked and presented superbly. Well done, premier innes.

I would recommend it. The premium inn is a lovely hotel. It was immaculate and the bed was really cozy. I recommend having breakfast there because the cuisine was delicious. There were plenty of food options for everyone. Additionally, the staff was always available and very attentive. We were able to leave our luggage there for ten days even though we had to cancel.

The room was perfect, full of what i needed and the pillows are great. The bathroom was clean and staff couldnt be more helpful. I cant wait to return. Best hotel service of all the premier inns ive stayed at.

It was fine. The guy who checked us in wearing headphones had bleeding scrapes on his hands. Someones whiskers were still in the sink in this room. Bed was clean and comfortable. Pretty much what i expected from a premier inn.

I have used this hotel on several occasions and have always been satisfied with the cleanliness. I tried the breakfast and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of food available. On Sunday the chef even cooked my eggs fresh to order and the sausages were delicious.

This hotel is conveniently located near the town center, just off high street. The rooms are brand new and up to the standard of a premier inn. Excellent cleanliness and cosy beds. I didnt dine at the restaurant that was provided, so i cant comment on food and service. There are many restaurants very close to this hotel with its central location if you want to eat outside the hotel.

I was a bit surprised that i was checking in over midnight for my next morning checkout, but overall, it was an enjoyable experience. The staff were friendly and petfriendly. Its unfortunate that smoking indoors is still largely cultivated on some occasions, yet it did contribute to reducing the overall experience of the hotel. I appreciate your hospitality for providing such pristine, warm, and tidy accommodations, as well as the kind staff who even assisted me in locating if ive left tainted items and found them. We have stayed at this hotel for a long time due to unexpected delays in our construction project. Highly recommended! Nicola, John, and the amazing team at the premier inn orpington have always made sure that our needs are met. During her management of this motel, nichola exudes professionalism and fidelity to customer service. She truly cares about her guests, as you can tell. Our daughter received remembrance presents for her birthday, which was just one example of the kindness we experienced. The housekeeping staff diligently maintains the cleanliness of both the bedrooms and bathrooms. We hope that nicalla will receive the resources she requires to maintain its high standards. Many thanks to the entire team.

The location is good, everything you need is close by. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. They served a delicious breakfast.

The room was very nice and spacious, no bath but the shower was fine. Nice little thyme restaurant downstairs, quick service and delicious food. On my downside was that there was no parking on site so i had to use a multistory which premier inn said was free from 5.30 pm to 9 am. However they didnt tell me if he had validated his ticket at the hotel and had him pay ps 10 to get out of the car.

As with all premier inns, it was spotless. There is no parking on site, but you can park at the closest multistory building Walnuts center. Breakfast is standard, and its 9.50 all you eat (2 kids free). Staff is courteous. Ive stayed on several different occasions now and have never been let down.
