Allow undefined. House Rules 1. All bookings - check in not before 2pm, check out 10.30am 2. All rubbish to be put in the bins in the yard. 3. No smoking in the house however you may in the rear yard 4. All lights and utilities to be switched off when the property is not occupied 5. The property to be left in a tidy state, food remnants left on house doors and surfaces will result in infestation of insects 6. Please be respectful of our neighbours 7. No loud music or parties 8. All doors and windows to be locked when the property is unoccupied 9. The number of guests listed are allowed to stay as stated when booking 10 Outside parking is permit only between 9am-10am and 2pm to 3pm Mon to Sat, but depending on your vehicle we have a rear yard.
