Below are our house rules to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone.
1. Trash Disposal: Please remember to dispose of your trash properly. We have designated bins for different types of waste. Make sure to separate recyclables from general waste and place them in the appropriate bins provided. This helps us maintain a clean and sustainable environment.
2. Cleanliness: You are responsible for cleaning up after yourselves during your stay. This includes washing dishes, tidying up any messes, and keeping your bedroom, and the common areas neat and organized. If you need a professional clean, and a set of new linens and towels, just let me know and I can have it arranged for a fee.
3. Noise Level: To ensure a peaceful atmosphere for everyone, I kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum, especially during late hours. Please be mindful of other guests and neighbours, as excessive noise can be disruptive. Quiet Hours are from 9 PM - 7 AM.
4: No Smoking. I charge a smoking fee fine of £300.
5: No undeclared visitors or guests. Please inform me ahead of time if you have friends/family visiting you during your stay.
6: Food Waste. In observance of health and safety protocol, our cleaners will dispose of items in the fridge that are past their expiration date and items left in the fridge/freezer after checkout.
