We enjoyed our time in the valley view apartment, which has a six-king-size bed and is well-furnished and comfy. It was peaceful and soothing, with a lovely garden and wonderful views of the surrounding farmland. There were some catering needs because the galley kitchen only has two jobs and a microwave which has a grill but is not a fully functional oven. However, once this was established, we were able to make adjustments to our meals accordingly. We adored Roland and look forward to returning to Wanton Lodge in the future, perhaps to the garden apartment next time.

The bed was big. And then, the location was so scenic with a lovely garden. After that, the room was very comfortable and well designed. Subsequently, the bathroom had a small problem. Last but not least, the horses were a big plus.

It is truly a unique location. Roland water is only a short distance on foot. We are hoping to return. We recently had a nice, tranquil stay in the garden apartment. Our host made us feel very at ease and welcomed us. The property was clean and well-equipped for self-catering, which was ideal for us. The landscaped gardens provide a peaceful retreat whether you want to read, paint or admire the wildlife. There are many benches, chairs, and tables if you want to eat lunch in the garden.

We just got back from a week's stay in the valley view apartment. Clean, cozy, and comfortable with views of the gorgeous garden. Peaceful and convenient location for visiting Rand Water and surrounding areas. We plan to return!.

We spent five weeks in the garden home in the interim of moving. The entrance foyer does not give a good first impression, although once inside, the apartment is bright and spacious. The kitchen and furnishings could use some updating, but the bed was really comfortable. The apartment was warm and comfy. With a little tactic, it could be truly wonderful as it is set in lovely gardens surrounded by rolling countryside in a wonderful location with Roanda water within walking distance.
