If in the area, I would return. On a Saturday in May, we came around 2.30, and our room was ready. We requested a super king-sized lakeside room in a quiet location, and that is exactly what we received. These rooms are a walk from the eatery and hotel from an operating block. The bed was extremely comfortable and large, with a gorgeous wet room-style shower with plenty of hot water, and the brunch the next morning was excellent, with a wide selection of hot and cold dishes. There was a small wedding, and the visitors were enjoying the beautiful spring sunshine on the terrace facing the lake, just as we were. All of the personnel we encountered were helpful and friendly.

A stay in a four-star hotel should be cosy, relaxing, spotless, and filled with good facilities and service. None of these requirements is achieved at this hotel. The bathroom has significant black mold and time-series stains. The extractor fan was messy, paper cups were provided as tooth mugs, the paint was chipped and all over dirty. Black mold on the window frame and dirty marks on the radiator. Hard pillows and inexpensive linen. In conclusion, no daily room service was provided! Surprisingly, the jacuzzi was not working during our stay. We would have walked out as soon as we saw the room, but the following day we were attending a function in the hotel. They take their clients for granted by offering such subpar accommodations. When we paid the bill, they gave us a price reduction, but I would much prefer a relaxed experience.

Check in was great, the receptionist didn't know her direction around the hotel so I was told various ways to get to my room. room was awful, old, cold, and small breakfast was very bland but all the servers were great and helpful. The first night the bar was totally disgusted. The lady at the bar called george couldn't allow us to go to the bar. Served me the soup of the day was mushroom turned out to be tomato. He didn't even know how to make a white wine spritz when requested a guinness wasn't poured correctly and was very uncomfortable and foamy. Very disappointed. The second night was better, the young bartender didn't get his name. You could definitely tell he's been at the bar for years. This is when I got my white wine spritz and the correct soup. Awesome guy. Nevertheless, the restaurant was outstanding, it was my birthday and they treated me like royalty. Specially Vernon the service he provided was just out of this world, I felt like a firstclass, lovely setting. Table decor, prosecco. A small mention to emily such a lovely young lady I couldn't hear a conversation between Vernon and a guest to hear that the hotel wasn't the best I agree and how he handled the situation was so professionally, especially with how

The rooms were excellent, and we enjoyed it, just like the others who reserved pools. The pool is a little on the cold side, but it's not a jacuzzi that is not in operation, and it soon warms up when it's done. Swim? I think many hotels will be turning down and putting on heat now that the heating is so expensive. The restaurant was full, and we had a bar meal. The food was decent and served in a pub-style setting. We were confused because they didn't appear to have a basic table system running, so all 3 courses, our food was offered to other guests before we raised our hands and instructed the waitress. Breakfast was very basic, and although I'm from a hospitality background, the main pubs are providing better breakfasts to order than a handful of four-star hotels where hot buffet-style breakfasts are becoming a standard with overdone eggs under lights. I think a menu-cooked breakfast should be available for 144 nights. The receptionists are satisfactory, but a few of them do appear in automatic recitals.

Great location. I've stayed at this hotel several times and will definitely stay here again. The staff was very nice and always makes us happy. The rooms were comfortable and very good. It's a big win.
