I reserved the room because i was attending a conference. I was initially reluctant to book the accommodation, but when contacted management, ill be back. Very helpful, had to call back for resolving if there was s minor issue, which was quickly resolved. This is where ive come back and will also use offstreet parking as an extra treat unless you want dependable lodging close to everything at incredibly affordable prices.

This place is located in a quiet area on corstorphine road, with offstreet parking. The location is close to princes street, the main shopping area in the city of edinburgh. There is onsite parking available. I had slept well for three nights and the bed in this room was very comfortable.

Usually threestar lodging. Our twin room had half of its lights out and the shower was awful, but the beds were comfortable. The best part of the guest house is their backup plan, which ensures you get in even if it is late.

Im not sure where all of these unfavorable reviewers stayed, but it wasnt the same location as us lol. Weve been here for the past few days, the rooms are lovely, very nice and modern with a tv and cd, and they were clean. I would recommend better pillows and duvets. The staff is lovely and very helpful, although they werent always around, it didnt matter and the price was ideal! The location is perfect because it is only 10 minutes by bus to the city center, so we saved money on parking as we left it parked at the hotel for most of our trip! Noise is very minimal (no outside noise just rarely, which cant be helped! I will definitely stay here again!.

We had to call the housekeeper because there was only one person there when we arrived. The lady who answered the phone was very kind and allowed us to check in early around 10.30. We wanted a cheap and quiet hotel. There was tv and utensils in the room, and it was clean. However, the shower was quite filthy. Overall, its pretty good.

It was ideal for our needs. We had two rooms available for four uni students. Edinburghs price was reasonable, and it was only a short bus ride away from princess street, which cost ps 1.90. The accommodations were cozy and spotless. Without denying, i would return to stay here.

Arrived at the property at same time as another guest and he called the owner who gave us the code to enter and let us know we were getting the keys to the room. The room was nice with tea and coffee facilities and comfortable beds. Bathroom sink was blocked. Overall good accommodation and close to town bus stop.
