Long weekend away and just lovely. We were met with a lovely warm welcome and the apartment was cozy and clean with everything we needed. The view across to the sea front was really nice. The tram stop is right across the street and a shop around the corner. Perfect for all the attractions a short walk or ride away but peaceful too. Will definitely be back

Only complaints were not knowing there would be no soap provided, and having to pay for electricity with an old pound coin! Other than that, great price, great staff, great location, will definitely be going back!

It was good to stay here but we definitely won't return. Our family of five stayed here for a couple of nights. The structure itself is a little old, and it didn't seem very inviting in the rain. However, our apartment was comfortable, clean, and comfortable. The lady who let us in was very friendly and helpful. The apartment more suited our family, and the bedroom where the kids slept was very comfortable. However, the sofa bed we slept on was not very comfortable. Make sure you have a change to put in the electricity meter, although we didn't have to. The tram, which was conveniently located across the street, was a great time for the kids. The shower was hot, but the bathroom itself needs to be updated.

We had the good fortune to stay here again. The apartment is attractive, modern, and clean. The view from the window was beautiful. We loved breakfast on the dining table in front of the window. The tram stop is right outside which is very handy to get to pleasure beach south shore. While the tower and the town centre were still within walking distance, my 4-year-old did it fine. Overall the flat was really comfortable. The owner is a charming family of five.

After reading all the reviews and seeing the photos before making our decision, I honestly think they were overpriced. When we arrived, the sign was falling off the building and a car outside with its front wheels off, which gave us a worrying initial impression. The hallway was like an old, tired building, but it was what I anticipated. The landlady was really friendly and showed us around. When we first arrived, the heating was on and was warm and cozy, but the overpowering dampness prevented us from standing up to the overpowering smell. The apartment was a reasonable size. It had a good-sized living area, a bedroom was large, and the bathroom was fine, though very tired. The whole place appeared to need some tactic. The furniture was old and outdated, with cobwebs on the ceiling, a lot of mold on the tiles, and the curtains looked like they hadn't been dry cleaned for years. But there were positives, including a carpet that appeared to be brand new, clean, and towels. They smell fresh and pleasant. Our room was quite spacious, and we were able to take breakfast at leisure, but it was very cold. I just kept one in my room for the entire weekend, but because she didn't show it to me, I discovered the switch in the airing cupboard. The motel is convenient to a tram stop that will

The location is close to the tram stop, but it's also very close to the blackpool tower and there is parking on-site too. The location of the accommodation is very nice. There is a comfortable couch bed in the living room and a double bed in the bedroom. The amenities are clean, the staff is very helpful. The rooms are also spotless. The bathroom facilities are nice, as is the kitchen essentials. The hostess is kind and friendly. The room has a large size sofa bed, and a double bed in the bedroom.

I stayed here with family and child for 3 nights. Perfect for the longer stays with children. There are mini flats within the building. We had a bedroom with a double and single bed, a bathroom and a living room with small kitchen which is ideal. Large size living room and had dining table. Owner met us at the property, gave us keys so we had access when we needed

Pleasant quiet apartment reasonably close to the tower , everything was fine apart from our inability to get the grill to work . Having to use an electric meter was a bit of an antiquated experience and of course the money ran out when I was fully soaped up in the shower

Very spacious, easy access to everything you want to do in Blackpool. Disappointed at no point were we told the electricity had to be paid for on an electric card, at the price paid we would have expected electric to be included.
