➡️The standard rate covers up to 16 guests. For groups of 17 to 19, an extra £15 per person, per night applies. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare beds, linens, and amenities to ensure everyone’s comfort.➡️ Guestflow is a trusted third-party platform we use to streamline the pre check-in process.🪪Through Guestflow, guests MUST complete important steps, including uploading a photo ID securely ahead of arrival (required for insurance and fraud prevention)➡️ Guestflow provides a Guest App, where you’ll find your access instructions, property guide, and other helpful information for your stay.🔞Lead Guest Minimum Age is 21🤫Quiet hours after 11PM. Breach of quiet hours will result in a fee of £50.🙅Strictly no stag or hen parties.🙅 No illegal activities or solicitation of any kind are permitted on the premises.🚭Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs.🚮Waste management rules will be provided. Failure to follow them will result in a £150 fee.🕔Standard Late Checkout Fee: £10 per hour for approved late check-outs.🚫Unauthorised late checkout fee: £50 per hour if cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed, plus the cleaning fee.💰 The refundable damage deposit will be returned within 7 days of your departure, excluding the £3 admin fee, following a successful property inspection.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
