Really great little space, everything you'd need with a small kitchen, separate sitting area, bedroom and bath. the area was conveniently located and quiet located near coffee shops and restaurants, The completely seamless check in process is definitely worth noting - smoothest I've ever had. The emails I sent were answered very promptly and helpfully. Would definitely book with Roomspace again.

The apartment was located near the St. Paul tube station and walking distance to the Bank station. A few steps from the supermarkets or coffee places. The apartment was super comfy, clean and fully equiped. You dont need to worry about anyhing staying in this place. Also, the check-in/out process was extremly easy. The Roomspace staff was always ready to support me with any queries I had. This is my-type-of-place to stay and feel like at home.

Overall, a fantastic location, especially for the price if you are prepared. The apartments are excellent clean, well-kept, and furnished with everything you need to live like a local. The arrangements for getting keys and codes etc. were clear, efficient, and clever. The elevator is tiny I took it once and then took the stairs the rest of the time. The location is good, close to things like Hyde Park and the globe across the river, which was great for us. There are tiny businesses and pubs nearby, including one across the street that seemed quite unintentionally. I slept like a baby the first night on sunday, but by the third, fourth, and fifth nights, it became clear that the pub across the street was a popular location. If you don't plan to party with your neighbors, I highly advise some earplugs and maybe a sleeping mask. The blinds aren't completely closed, and the street lights kept the room quite bright.

I arrived on a historic street and all the directions to enter were perfect. I arrived at my room, but it turned out that it wasn't made. It was quickly and effectively resolved in the next 30 minutes by simply calling the emergency out of hours line. I was moved to a more properly equipped room where I had been for the entire week and ended up extending my stay for an extra day.

I really enjoy my stay in London in June 2016. Location is strategic and comfortable, has good apartment amenities, and close to tube stations. I did not meet any host staff at the apartment complex, but the overall effect and support over email phone were good.

This place is close to the pub which is very noisy when you come. The size of the apartment is small but very comfortable to stay with the beautiful place.
